The hotel is located in the city center, close to the pedestrian street (there is a large supermarket Woolworths 400 meters away). The room is more like a hotel. The room is small and the mattress is very uncomfortable to sleep on. There are no disposable items including slippers in the hotel, and mineral water is not given away. The only good thing is that the front desk service is enthusiastic. The room key is a regular key, which is inconvenient to use.

Everything was very pleasant, the service and location was very wonderful. The lift was very helpful as moving my mum around with the wheelchair was manageable. A couple of steps to cope along the way to the room but still able to move about if you take your time.

The hotel is located about 10 minutes' walk from Perth Station and 15 minutes' walk from Chinatown. There is a Minsheng store downstairs of the hotel. There is a construction site next to our room today, so it was a bit noisy in the morning.

The staff were polite and helpful. The location is good for the CBD and transport links, but the street itself has a fair few empty commercial properties and signs of homelessness nearby. The room was OK, didn't have a room safe. Most of the room was clean enough but the carpet could have done with a thorough steam clean-there were a couple of stains.

I recommend this place to my friends. It has a good location and is convenient for travel. You can walk to the train station or take the cat bus. The decoration style is also nice.
