Overall, nice location and very easy access to downtown perth. Staff were always up for guest requests. only one problem i had was that the hotel was doing revamping and renovating rooms so that during staying at hotel, especially in the morning time, it was too noisy but i believe it would be better in the future :)

The bathroom smells a bit musty.
The room is not soundproof. You can hear the noise from the next room or the room upstairs doing various activities very clearly, such as using the bathroom.
Overall, it's okay because it's in the CBD, near shopping areas, train stations, and tourist attractions. It's convenient to travel.

A very modest hotel. At the time of our stay, it was being renovated, this was not mentioned anywhere when booking. Workers started drilling at 8 am. And you can hear your neighbors behind the wall as if they were in the same room with you.

The location is very good, near the underground, in the lively pedestrian street of Perth. The window of the room I stayed in faced the 1914 historical building, which was great. However, there was a smell of oil smoke in the lobby. Maybe the exhaust in the kitchen needs to be improved.

Awesome location, near shopping areas and plenty of eateries within walking distance. Room is functional, nothing fancy but sufficient for our stay. Some reno going on (end Nov 24) so expect some noise in the day.
