Location is perfect. Few minutes away from train station. Bed and pillow comfortable. No disposable toiletries and no bottled water provided. Housekeeping not available afternoon onwards and had to go down and collect ownself.

Overall the hotel is nice at a great location. The only thing is I had a housekeeper trying to come into my room at 8:30 in the morning for housekeeping. Not sure why it’s so early since I’ve travelled a lot. I never had any housekeeping service this early. I arrived at the hotel late plus jet lagged, therefore I was still asleep when I heard the housekeeping tried to open the door then realized it’s locked then she knocked on my door.

The counter service is very good, the hotel facilities are new, the hotel address is convenient, and there is a restaurant across the street. The city center shopping street is next to it. Bottled water is not provided, but it is convenient to buy water at a nearby supermarket. I don’t know why I can kill a big mosquito in the hotel room every night. Maybe the weather in Perth in March is very mosquito-friendly. We put down two large suitcases and still had room to move around. The room was generally clean and ideal. After checking in, I found other people's hair on the bed and toilet floor. It might be left by the cleaning staff accidentally. Overall, compared with other 4-star hotels, it is already very good.

The Ibis Perth is a severely underrated for where and what it is. The service is always upstanding, the speed of food service, drink service and it's location are basically unmatched. Right next to the CBD but just far off enough that you're not surrounded by constant foot traffic.
