The location is very convenient, near the train station, next to many shopping places and supermarkets, the reception counter is open 24 hours a day, a great accommodation experience

The heater is not working at all. We asked for the heating system in the hotel but the reception only can give us additional blanket in the middle of winter. Then we just found out the housekeeping can give portable heater from the storage but the cheap portable heater made the skin dry and the room felt like sauna. The glass door in the shower is poorly sealed , so the bathroom is all wet and leaked after shower... it was newly renovated but they renovated it poorly for the ME. Location wise is superb but the quality of the room is so poor that we left and move to another hotel.

Good things: The location of the hotel is very good, in the city center, convenient for shopping, and it takes only ten minutes to walk to Beiqiao for meals. It takes only five minutes to walk to the subway station entrance. It is very convenient to take the train to the airport. The bedding is also OK. It is newly decorated but has no smell.
Not good enough: The room is relatively small, the water for showering always overflows outside, the water from the tap is not good to drink, the direct drinking water on the roadside is better than the hotel, and you can only buy bottled water in the supermarket. Shampoo is not good either. After washing, you can't comb your hair. It is recommended to bring your own. The central air conditioning is an old system and is very noisy.

Location is excellent, 3 mins to Perth station . I stayed 3 night, the house keeping didn’t meet the standard, bathroom floor is dirty. However the front desk provided very good service. Will visit again
