Sunbank House Metro Hotel

A lovely Valentines 2 Day stay . The Hotel is beautifully clean and very comfortable . Findlay ( our host ) was friendly and engaging . My partner & I will definitely be back - lovely breakfast and friendly atmosphere . The hotel is well situated for Perth Town Centre and Findlay was happy to provide a list of " things to do "

Sunbank house Hotel is a great place to stay, not far from the city centre (about £5 taxi ride). The staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast was a good quality and tasty with plenty of options on offer and the hotel/room is spotless. I would stay again!

Fantastic Breakfast Great location for a stay in Perth; only a 10 minute walk to the city centre. Our room was very clean and had everything you could need for a stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Best of all was the fantastic breakfast, the best quality produce cooked to perfection. We will definitely return to the Sunbank House Hotel whenever we are in Perth.

The Hotel: Charming old house, with beautifully decorated rooms. The comfiest bed of our week long trip and a fantastically appointed bathroom. Everything spotlessly clean. Lovely and quiet with no disturbance from the road or anything/anyone else. Extremely convenient parking at the rear of the property and less than a ten minute walk into town. The food: Enormous and generous choice of breakfasts. We had the kipper (delicious) and our friends had the Scottish and the vegetarian breakfasts - also delicious. There seemed to be an endless supply of coffee, tea and toast and it was obvious the ingredients were all high quality. It's shame the hotel aren't able to serve dinner currently as I'm sure it's epic. Hopefully we'll be able to experience that if we visit again - which we'd very much like to. The service: Perfect, the right balance between attentive and friendly, without being insincere and over the top.

The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the centre of Perth. It was great being able to park the car there. We were welcomed by friendly and efficient staff and the whole place was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet. The breakfast was really good - loads of choice and variety. There is a lovely walk with great views up Kinnoull Hill behind the hotel.

Beautiful property off the highway with convenient parking. Lovely garden. Quiet and clean. Pleasant lounge with bar service in the evening. Easy walk to downtown Perth. Very good breakfast cooked to order. Our host was helpful and welcoming, and went out of his way to research an issue for us. We'd love to stay there again.
