Incompetence personified - not just that stubborn and rude - they messed up an important late check out because my wife had an online interview - thereby messed up an important meeting and refused to accept blame until shown the banking transaction to prove the service purchased - cheers

Stayed 3 nights and found the Travelodge Perth A9 to be completely satisfactory. Staff were very polite and the room was very clean. Plenty of parking available. Having the Glovers Arms and Dobbies close by is perfect for food requirements. Will definitely use this Travelodge again.

After a 5 hour drive on a hot day we were looking forward to a restful night and we weren’t disappointed. Our room was cool and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed a good night’s sleep on both nights. The hotel is very quiet and met all of our needs. A comfortable bed, a fan to cope with the heat and extra pillows. We will definitely return when in the area. The reception area was spotless and the young woman who checked us in was very friendly and efficient, she actually remembered us from the last time we stayed in the hotel. Can’t say a bad word about our stay.

The staff lovely. So friendly. Made us feel welcome. I personally have hearing disability and walking disability and I had registered this on application for a room. The staff made sure this was catered for. Every day each member of staff from reception to cleaning staff had time for friendly words. Will book there again

Blood stains on pillows, smelly carpet, filthy toilet, tv not working, short-staffed. Dirty paintwork/door and window frames, mismatched wall lights, Whole place needs an overhaul. Very overpriced, not good value for money. Stay one or two nights at most and only then if you can secure a good rate, otherwise avoid. One star is for convenient location.
