We visited the place today and the food there was amazing. Excellent service from staff and very clean and tidy. Grampian hotel has good parking space and I would highly recommend.

Stayed at the hotel last night and was very pleased with experience. Lovely young man carried our bags to our room which was a nice touch and same young man was working at breakfast and did not stop! Other staff were all lovely too and couldn’t be more helpful. Breakfast was lovely and lots on offer. Room was a spacious and spotless and well equipped although my only criticism would be that the bathroom could do with a toilet brush. Great stay and will definitely be back.

Room clean but a bit dated. Bedside lights rubbish as we couldn’t read by them. Either fit a stronger bulb or a lighter shade. Bathroom was fine with new towels every day but the toilet seat was lose and didn’t feel safe. The included ‘cooked fresh’ breakfast was disappointing. The ingredients were not of very high quality, but there was plenty of it. Beans and sausages were particularly poor and there was no brown sauce for the very dry black pudding.

A nice, quiet hotel. Convenient for the railway station. Room was spotless. Meals in the evening were extremely generous in their portions. The best thing of all was the staff who were absolutely wonderful.
I’d definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Perth.
