The hotel is not new, but the location is excellent. The room has a refrigerator, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, stove and oven, dishes and kitchen utensils. Room service 6 times a week. Change of bed linen and towels every three days.

Very clean good size room which is a little dated but not an issue, apart from the shower head not being fixed to the wall which made showering difficult!
Unable to receive Wi-Fi in the room, nor many TV channels!
Really good swimming pool with an abundance of Sun beds and shades and great.location close to many bars and restaurants, which is good as the hotel bar didn't have any draft beers available!
Staff were friendly enough but reception desk regularly unattended!
Big car park but open to outsiders!
So, all in all, a mixed bag but ok for the 3 nights we stayed, although I couldn't take much more of that shower!!

The complex isn't the newest, and the rooms aren't exactly clean, but overall, the resort still has everything you need. The pool and garden area are very quiet and well-maintained, as are the rooms, although the kitchenette and especially the shower are more practical than comfortable. We showered outside by the pool instead, as the water pressure in the shower was almost nonexistent, and the cold water in the bathroom was only moderately effective. However, if you can live with these few limitations, you'll have everything you need for a short stay at a reasonable price, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Overall very happy and would return. Positives: Central Pernera location, large spacious pool area, spacious clean apartment, bins emptied and beds made daily, very effective aircon, adequately equipped kitchen, staff friendly. Negatives: bathroom dated, low water pressure but have known worse, breakfast at 11 Euros too expensive.

It’s CLEAN. The hotel is clean. There is just 0 investment in aesthetics obvs since my grandmother was a young lady. Green toilets. No iron. Average appliances. But I will always pick clean and spacious over more modern and too expensive! I couldn’t spend more than two nights. Receptionist and room information needs to improve! not told about breakfast or room phone. Needs more loving in this place seriously.

Loved this hotel been staying @seagulls last 7yrs however it's just been sold and not open this season So really can't understand why still being advertised on loads of booking sites That's hope 2025 sees a new refurbed reopened seagulls 😎😎

Arrived early hours of Sept 22nd till Sept 25 for a wedding on 23rd an unbelievable experience of a Cypriot wedding . The hotel was spotlessly clean ,yes the hotel is a little tired just needs a little decoration but having said that it was excellent, the staff were most helpful and very friendly ,the pool is ideal but would be even better if had a rail going down by one of the steps , I would go back there without doubt Cleanliness was 100%
