restaurant staff were rude and ignorant, cleaners were lazy (lots of dust and rubbish pushed under beds), food lacked variety (breakfast and lunches), room was too cramped (room shouldve been max 3 not 4 people, extra bed shoved in the corner is lazy). view from the hotel balcony was nice, welcome food was a nice gesture (however it was dry and tasteless), pools were decent, nothing too special about it. lifeguards seemed more interested in their phones and sitting at the bar than watching the pools though. gym was very bare, not enough free weights and plated weights, nice to see they had at least some basic equipment though (lat pulldown, smith machine, preacher curl, etc.) surrounding area was much better than the hotel itself, streets are easy to navigate and there are plenty of shops dotted around the local area.

We have just returned from this hotel which left us very disappointed. Firstly the staff in the restaurant are rude, to the point where my partner asked the member of staff if he was purposely being rude to us as he had made it very clear he didn’t want to serve us. The bar staff at the pool never smiled and made us feel welcome there at all. Secondly the cleanliness of the rooms is not up to scratch. Upon arrival and throughout our stay the floors were dirty, covered in black long hairs which was not ours. My son refused to sleep on his pillow as it smelled. When our towels were dirty I would put them on floor, on two occasions the towels were folded back up and put on the holders with marks on them. The corridor floors were full of dirt, stains and ants. The food we think was reused for the buffet evening meal from lunch. The Al a carte restaurants were not on site and in Protaras itself. We visited the Chinese where it was set menu so no choice. We decided to eat out most nights, wasting our all inclusive. Overall we would not recommend this hotel if you’re wanting a 4 star as advertised. We suggest a 2-3 star is more suited.

From the filthy carpets to the prison buffet, this hotel has been left to rot. Everyone had a bit of food poisoning at some point and the chef was exceptionally upset that I dared to mention the uncooked fish may have been the cause! Such a shame as the location is great and with a good clean up and some refurbishment it could be turned around but that’s not a financially viable investment for any hotels currently!

We stayed at the hotel for about a week, and our conclusion is that the food needs a lot of improvement to reach even a mediocre level. The same dishes were served in the evening that had already been offered at lunch, apparently assuming we would not notice. Apart from that, the facilities were relatively clean, the reception staff were very polite, and the employees at the water park were truly excellent. What left a negative impression, however, was that the restaurant manager often shouted at his staff, which I believe is wrong and creates a bad atmosphere. My children loved the water park, and we would like to visit again, provided of course that the quality of the food improves. It is a shame to pay for an all-inclusive package and end up eating outside the hotel.

We had a great time, the staff absolutely made the holiday, we stayed onthe appartment side. From the lovely Ukranian lady on reception, to all the staff around the pools and bars, Amanda, Daria, Ludimir, Phillipe, our cleaner Tithi and many many more we couldn't have expected more from the staff on site. it can get a bit loud in the room of a night with the entertainment outside, rooms are clean and regular visits from housekeeping kept it decent. some of the facilities in room and hallways were a little tired, but clean and functional, maintenance were always around and happy help out. The kids loved the water park, the pools around the hotel and adjoining sites are well maintained and lifeguarded. Access to the beach is a 5 min walk away. There are supermarkets, souvenir shops etc all in walking distance.
