The facility was good food was ok but at dinner u have to pay for soft drinks and for water!!!!!

Absolutely Awful Hotel. Stay away! I don't write reviews but I need to warn people of this one! Do not trust the good reviews! This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and I am a seasoned traveller. Not 4 star as advertised 2/3 at best. This is not a resort! It's a hotel next to a waterpark, charged for entry if you are not all inclusive. Hotel pool was small, merky and cloudy. The second pool is next door and in the same state. I asked for a quiet room 6 weeks before the trip and emailed several times, didn't get a response. I managed to find their number (Not on website) and called. I was told "yes, absolutely i'd be given a quite room on the top floor" (Sea view) Room was the floor below but ok, a nice sea view. On the first night, from about 9pm, the Bar, Nightclub opposite "Nava" began to play really loud music. Loud enough that the room was vibrating from the bass. I went to reception to complain as did other guests and was told it's a celebration week and the music will stop at 12am, it didn't. Went on until 2am! Breakfast at 9am there was a big queue into the dining hall, waited 10 minutes! Got a table, went to get food, came back to find our table had been moved to join the table next to it for a larger group! Staff were disinterested, disorganised & stood around, you could tell they didn't like working there. We tried to cancel the booking and go elsewhere but they would allow it. The reception manager was a god send & luckily got us into another hotel. Awful experience. Stay away!

I don’t often do reviews but with all the negative ones I read I felt I should as everyone has a different experience. Contrary to other comments the front desk staff were very helpful and kind. The hotel could use a paint and a refresh, but all in all was good! Breakfast and lunch for the all inclusive were a little underwhelming but dinner was always good. The bartenders were kept busy and were not tipped as much as they deserved. Very walkable on both sides with the boardwalk. Lots of restaurants and markets nearby. Walking a little way down the boardwalk you will find nicer beaches.

This will be the most honest review you will read. When you go in to the hotel, at first glance, it looks fine. The lobby area is decent. However, when we went up the lift, the carpet was very dirty and hadn’t been vacuumed for the 6 days we were there. The room was tired looking and not the cleanest. As an all inclusive customer, I have mixed feelings. The food was ok, there were some dishes that were really nice but others that were not. The snacks that premium all inclusive guests got were not nice at all. More for kids rather than adults. The most disappointing part was the drinks as not everything is included. The thing that upset me was that when I ordered a frappe (iced coffee) I didn’t need to pay. However, the lady next to me ordered the same and was charged. When I asked why, the waitress said that management said only Cypriot people get it free. I was so embarrassed as the waitress herself was not Cypriot, so how must she feel knowing that management discriminate in this way. My children enjoyed the waterpark on the first day, however the saddest thing happened on day 2. A 7 year old little girl drowned in the small pool at the waterpark. The lifeguards froze when she was pulled out of the water and a British guest who was a doctor had to step in to perform CPR. The lifeguards didn’t seemed to be fully trained, I saw them either on their phones, messing around in the pools or leaving their stations before and after this incident. Complaints were made to management but nothing changed. One lifeguard was even dancing a few hours after the little girl was taking to hospital. I would never stay at this hotel again nor would I recommend it. It’s definitely not a 4*, it is very run down and not safe.

Great Anastasia Stay was very good. Excellent except for the very old Lifts which were very slow and in bad condition!!
