Hotel is perfectly placed and very close to the beautiful beach. Food was nice and lots to choose from. Drinks menu excellent with branded drinks. Building work can be noisey at times however does become background noise. The staff are amazing especially bar staff and restaurant staff. The general manager is extremely friendly and will go out of his way to help you, unfortunately the operations manager avoids guests and barely acknowledges you. I think he said good morning once and walks around with his head stuck in his phone. Absolutely no rapport with clients which really isn’t very nice for a hotel. Very unapproachable and comes across as just rude. Will I return? Unlikely as this really annoyed me when all staff are so welcoming and extremely helpful.

Das Hotel ist sehr luxuriös und überhaupt nicht überlaufen. Man findet zu jeder Zeit Platz. Sowohl im Restaurant, an der Bar oder bei den Liegen. Nicht immer direkt am Pool, aber irgendwo garantiert. Das Hotel ist sehr familienfreundlich und alle Angestellten sind nett und hilfsbereit. Englisch sollte man sprechen können. Ich hatte außerdem 3 Behandlungen im Spa, sehr teuer aber jeden Cent wert. Und auch mein Sohn (8 Jahre) hatte eine Kindermassage und wollte dann noch eine zweite, obwohl er eher schüchtern ist. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

I recommend for a holiday with family and children. Excellent service, clean rooms and an interesting program. Special thanks to the staff, they are great. I really liked the spa on the hotel grounds. Thanks to the master Silvia and the manager Maria. I really liked everything.❤️

This was our 2nd time at crystal springs And was just as good as the first.The hotel is fantastic and every member of staff make your holiday they cannot do enough for you making sure your holiday is just that .

The staff was excelent! The towels in the room were changed on request twice a day. The food in the main restaurant was delicious, tables clean, we were seated immediatedy after entering the restaurant. There was a wide variety of beverages, non- alcohol and alcohol drinks of a high quality. We love the garden which belong the hotel. Different species of flowers, trees, ...Definitely will come to stay again.

Returned to Crystal Springs and we had another fantastic week. Everything is so good about this hotel, and it has all been said many times over, but the staff are just fantastic. A big thank you to Olesya, who really helped us, and also to George in reception, Jack , George , Eric and Anastasia who greeted us like old friends. This is a special place , and we will return.
