The hotel and staff were lovely, food in all restaurants very good, Thai fusion outstanding. The snack bar food was limited needed more healthy options. We booked private pool room, given 601 which was not very private, asked to be moved, which we were after 3 days, as we were there for 2weeks didn't impact our enjoyment. The room was well worth the extra money the pool was rather cold but in height of season was probably very welcome. Andrea's was brilliant but evening entertainment not to our taste ( bingo and outdated tribute acts) We would return, thank you for enjoyable 25th wedding anniversary. Knocked star off for initial disappointment and evening entertainment.

went here for my daughters wedding so about 20 of us stayed at the hotel, the staff were lovely and friendly, the food was nice, lots of choice, really good drinks menu lots of choice, there is a notice up 2 drinks per person which is hard if you are going for a few, but when the staff get to know you, its all good, it was clean, there was a wedding every day, but they are so well organised it doesn't impact on holiday makers, wedding organiser both at the hotel and from tui were really good, everything ran very smoothly, they made sure everything was ok, the venue after the wedding was lovely, the food spot on and there is a bar, but they do waiter service for the weddings also, we had a fantastic holiday, the pool was lovely plenty of sunbeds and the beach was great. the only downfall was the toilet situation at the wedding venue, you had to go through the dining hall to get to the toilets which was a pain especially for the bride in her dress being cautious nobody spilt anything on you etc, a couple of toilets in the venue would make it perfect, but that was the only downfall i had. i would highly recommend. quick mention we booked hair and makeup for the bride with a trial and it was really good

Absolutely magnificent set up from the minute you arrive up to the moment you depart, this family run hotel has one aim that is customer satisfaction, the attitude of staff members no matter who it my be is first class. This hotel is constantly being cleaned where ever you look,our email request before travelling had an immediate response and on arrival every thing was as we required ,only been home a week and we have booked a return holiday next summer,a truly wonderful establishment thank you all for the time and effort you put in to make this stay so enjoyable

This person susanb who wrote the last review must have either stayed in a different hotel or been drunk when she wrote the review especially stating it was about 4years ago.we have holidayed in Cyprus for the past 30 something years we first stayed at pernera beach1997and1998 it was beautiful then and it is now in between then and now it has only got better after staying in various hotels in various locations we decided in 2019 to return to pernera beach twice and every year since this hotel should be five stars from walking through the door you are made to feel welcomed from reception to rooms to public area is immaculately clean staff are second to none food both in the buffet restaurant and the a la carte is lovely we have also stayed at end of season and the service you get is just the same as the rest of season so well done pernera beach we will see you next year 2025cant wait if you are thinking of booking do it i guarantee you won't be disappointed this is a truly honest review.

Sitting in airport waiting to go home wishing we were back at this lovely hotel. Stayed for a week with my daughter and her family, we all enjoyed our time here. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Andreas, animation guy worth his weight in golf, not pushy but ensuring everyone who wanted to be involved in entertainment programme was welcomed. Food brilliant for all inclusive hotel particularly 2 a la carte nights included in package, staff here lovely. Location brilliant, small town outside with shops and bars, boardwalk to Protarus about 25 min walk lovely. Watersports and boat rides available along boardwalk. A thoroughly enjoyable holiday, thankyou.

La estancia fue excelente en todos los aspectos , la habitación increíble con su piscina privada y con buena seguridad para niños , las instalaciones son increíbles y el hotel está muy limpio con abundante personal para ayudarte en todo lo que haga falta, la comida deliciosa y cada día van cambiando, así disfruta de diferente gastronomía , en líneas generales fue de lo mejor en lo que hemos estado mi mujer y mi hija , disfrutamos mucho
