I'm not feeling well, I have a fever, and I can't enter the country. I asked the hotel in a few words and Trip.com did not refund at all. I'm so disappointed. .

Myself and my partner had the Cretan message, given to us by Martha & Theodora. It was the most relaxed we’ve both been in a very long time, we both almost fell asleep! The staff were extremely friendly and informative about all spa treatments and advised us of the offers available. Thank you so much to the staff! You were amazing!

The hotel is immaculate and the staff are all so pleasant despite being very busy at peak season. The spa treatment was really relaxing, with jacuzzi, sauna & steam room all included. The staff were so nice & kind. I couldn't recommend Golden Coast hotel enough and especially the spa treatment. Oh and did I mention the sunset? Unreal.

Hotel is very clean and tidy, food is good and not a crazy buffet with people pushing and shoving. Housekeeping very good and bar staff attentive. The biggest downside is the entertainment if you can even call it that. Example being that the “animation” team are invisible. Don’t drum up interest from guests which results in two people doing aqua aerobics every day. No games round the pool, the evening entertainment is in a big bright conference room with no atmosphere. Worst I’ve seen in decades. Magic show for the adults was pathetic and couldn’t be classed as entertaining as was so basic and amateur. Disappointing as it could be so much better. We spent €400 going out last night just to give us something to do.

We have just returned from a week holiday at The Golden Coast Beach Hotel. We had a fantastic time. The hotel is lovely and has lots of little touches including bathrobes & slippers. We felt it was definitely a high 4* hotel. The food was good and varied in the main restaurant. With All Inclusive, the drinks are branded and your booking includes the one visit each to the on-site Italian & Mediterranean restaurants, which were both excellent! The hotel is very comfortable and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is in a very quiet location, which was perfect for us. It was very easy to get a taxi to go into the town. The beach is literally steps away from the hotel. We swam with turtles in the bay right outside the hotel. Absolutely magical. Highly recommend!

We got married at the end of June at the Sea Deck view at the Golden Coast Hotel and it was nothing short of amazing! Felicity, our coordinator at the hotel was brilliant from day one! All of the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond for us! The venue itself is perfect for an abroad wedding. The turquoise sea in the background was so dreamy! I would recommend getting married here to anyone! All of the suppliers that the hotel recommended to us were brilliant too and so accommodating which took alot of stress out of the wedding 🌴 take us back!
