Второй раз а этом отеле.при бронировании не могла вспомнить, где жила , думала, лишь бы не туда .приезжаю-а нет, это он же, проблемы все те же -заходишь с улицы в ресторан практически в очень тесный холл, шум и запахи, встречает администратор ресторана , потом попадаешь на рецепшн .лифта нет ,если чемодан, то тащить самой надо . чтоб открыть дверь на лестницу (узкую, минимально, наверно, по пожарным нормам ширина, 90 см)карабкаешься к себе на этаж. И все бы ничего, но виды опять на крышу заднего двора с кондиционерами.опять всю ночь шум был от vrf блоков , кому важен хоть минимальный вид из окон,плохо переносят шум -мимо проходите.налепили себе вывеску с 5 звёздами .позорище

Отель не соответствует 5- ти звездам.При вьезде нет пандуса. Надо с чемоданом в руке идти по лестнице до ресепшен. Затем от ресепшен к номеру по лестнице. Лифта нет. Номер шикарный стандарт улучшенный. Но ночью горячей воды нет. Еле теплая. Очень вкусные завтраки по меню. Но это заслуга ресторана Nolan. За завтраки поставила 4 звезды. Надо делать лифт и пандус при входе. Без этого это 3 звезды. Чемодан до номера никто не носит. Ресепшен крошечный. Не присесть.

После недавней поездки в замечательный город Пермь хочу поделиться о проживании в известном своим громким названием «Гранд отель Пермь». Позиционирует он себя как 5*. Я ехала с ожиданием комфорта присущего такого рода отелям. Но все мои ожидания рассеялись с порога. Все минусы пребывания в этом отеле: 1. Холл как таковой отсутствует. Очень тесно. Лифта нет. Если у тебя заняты обе руки, то подняться на верхние этажи без помощника, которого тоже нет, то еще развлечение. 2. Мебель в номере тоже желает быть лучше. Сейф в номере крошечный. Кровати со странными выпирающими деревянными углами, страшно ходить мимо. Приходилось накидывать на углы предупреждающие «знаки» типа береги ноги. Матрас на кровати не касается изголовья. Эту «пропасть» затыкала подушкой, иначе прощай сон. 3. Раннее утро. В душевой кабине двери косоватые, примыкания глухого нет. Сначала ты кое-как эти двери соединяешь поплотнее, потом как профессиональный морж ждешь, когда пойдет «тепленькая». Ждать ее пришлось ну очень долго, минут 30-40. И видимо, чем раньше встаешь, тем дольше ждешь. 4. Завтрак. Ранней подачи завтраков нет. Начало в 8.00. Очень неудобно. Неоправданно завышенная цена. Просим руководство отеля учесть все замечания по факту проживания. Надеемся, что в скором времени мы снова приедем в ваш замечательный город и выберем ваш отель.

Stayed at the hotel in December 2022. The hotel is good. Spacious room, warm bathroom. Great location. Very tasty breakfasts. Good restaurant. When leaving, I forgot my e-reader. They didn't return it! And the staff didn't react at all! Unpleasant!
