Great value for money and good location
Good location for visiting Penzance and surrounding areas.
Owners were very welcoming and helpful.

Very clean, safe, well furnished with very comfortable beds and modern en-suite, helpful patron, train and bus stations are pleasant walk (about 1 mile). Well situated for tennis courts, arcade, lido and outdoor theatre/music in the park.Tea/coffee making facilities are in the room but breakfast is not available (reflected in the price); however continental style breakfast items can be purchased at nearby supermarkets (need to take some plastic knives).
Our room was in the attic with four flights of stairs; therefore if you have mobility concerns need to check the situation of your room. We found on-street parking nearby to be a challenge and it would have been impossible late in the day. This was a bank holiday weekend so perhaps was an exception.

The Chiverton was spot on, clean and comfortable with everything on hand. The house is very close to Penzance promenade so excellent for walks by the sea and to get into town.
