A guest house located in a lovely old house 10 minutes walk from the centre.
We had a room at the back, which was comfortable enough, but was a little small for us given we had luggage for 2 weeks.

Perfect place to stay for a visit to Penzance

Clean and comfortable room.
We had an enjoyable overnight stay before we caught the ferry to the Scilly Isles. The room wasn't huge but it was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The hosts were friendly and helpful.

Look elsewhere
Do not stay here. Rooms are tiny and overpriced. Owner/ host is weird and invasive. Just a nightmare.
