Just returned from a 4 night stay at Blue Seas, Penzance. What a gem of a place! It was an easy 10 minute walk from the station and very well positioned for exploring all that Penzance and the area has to offer. Great restaurants in town and only a few minutes walk from the wonderful Jubiliee saltwater lido. Fiona & Arnaud were very hospitable hosts and very knowledgable about the area so you're never stuck for things to do or ways to get there. The rooms at Blue Seas are super clean, boutique in style and have very comfortable beds so you will be guaranteed a sound night's sleep. Breakfasts are first class with a wide variety of options (they also cater for gluten free guests) and all food was very fresh and beautifully presented. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay ... look forward to resturning at some point in the future.

This is the best b&b we have ever stayed in. The owners were extremely friendly and nothing was a bother to them. The breakfasts were outstanding, we were spoilt for choice. It was all about the little touches, e,g., cream tea on our arrival and all home made with love. A lot of local produce was used including toiletries in the bathroom, which were heavenly. We look forward to staying here again, hopefully in the not too distant future as we had to cut our stay short due to a family emergency at home. We will be back ….

Unique property on Regent Terrace which is adjacent to Penzance's lovely sea front promenade. I stayed three nights and was upgraded to a Seaview room which was much appreciated. Room well appointed and nice touches like home made biscuits and chocolate bar. There are many pluses to this property, not least of all the hospitality of the hosts Fiona and Arnault. Fiona will add value to your Penzance stay with many helpful tips on visiting the sites either using public transport or self drive(recommend public transport if you aren't used to their narrow lanes). Arnault will cook you a full scale, a la carte breakfast and there's home made sour dough bread. No need for any more meals till the evening I liked having the parking. Parking is at a premium in Penzance. -tip - get the smallest car you can if coming to Penzance. All in all a lovely stay personalised and made very memorable by the hosts with their extremely high standards.

Another great visit to Blue Seas where the attention to detail and comfort are unsurpassed. From the excellent breakfast, and full range of home made delights, to the relaxation afforded by the beautiful bedrooms, and many opportunities to explore the Cornish coast. Fiona and Arnaud have the winning combination, and the warmest welcome awaits.

Arnaud and Fiona have maintained excellent standards in our twenty years of visits would not consider staying anywhere else in Cornwall , in particular breakfasts would put five star hotels to shame , hopefully they have no retirement plans !

Very well renovated Regency house, tasteful, attractive furnishings, bright, super clean. Comfortable box-spring bed, shower works well, quiet location. Lounge for guests, beautiful garden with seating in the sun and sea view. Enormous breakfast selection, buffet and extensive menu. Service perfect, professional, attentive, hospitable and totally pleasant. We like to go there again and again.

What a beautiful home on a picturesque street. We could see the Ocean from the window of our room which was large, comfortable, with plenty of storage and a lovely en suite bath. There is lots of room to spread out with a big comfortable lounge, large breakfast room, and a garden full of comfortable chairs and benches. Our hosts Fiona and Arno were truly wonderful. It felt like we were staying with friends. Breakfast is unbelievable with a side board full of fruit, nuts, cheese, yogurt, cereal, pastries, and then Arno’s gourmet hot dishes made to order to accompany it. We were even able to order tasty bag lunches to take with us for day trips. There is a good sized car park, but it is also close to the train station, and walkable to lots of lovely restaurants. Highly recommend!

Bei unserer Südengland Reise hatten wir auch einen Aufenthalt im Blue Seas Hotel und waren begeistert. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und wahnsinnig hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer und auch der Rest vom Haus waren sauber, gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es hat an Nichts gefehlt. Man konnte auch immer gute Ausflugs oder Restaurant Empfehlungen bekommen. Das Frühstück war reichlich und man konnte aus einer langen Liste an warmen Frühstücken wählen, die alle lecker waren. Mann ist schnell am Meer und kann Ausflüge per Boot, Zug oder Bus unternehmen. Wir können das Gästehaus jedem empfehlen. Wir hatten dort einen sehr schönen Urlaub.
