Seascape

Great location & very friendly staff. The room is clean and reasonably spacious. The kitchen is a gem! This is my second time here, and I enjoy my stay here. The only suggestion is: I really hope there could be a much brighter white-light portable lamp downstairs in the communal space, that would be very convenient if people need to work on their computers at night. The tables in the room are very low, so it's very difficult to work on computers in the room. The table in the communal space is large, but the light is very very dark. During my three-night stay here, I also met other lodgers who needed to type on their computers during their stay in Seascape. Everything else is great.

Nice place to stay, but issues need addressing Property is placed in an ideal place for easy access. The room was clean, but facilities were not great. The mattress and pillows were of poor quality. The only way to access the drinks tray was by kneeling down, and it was basic. The shower cubicle was a good size, however the electric shower had very poor water pressure, to the point where you needed to spend double the time in the shower to remove the soap. The sink is so small that you cannot clean your teeth without banging your head on the shelf above.

The front entrance was covered in pigeon poo, it looked like the place was not lived in. My attic room & inside where clean but pigeons nesting on roof outside my room, very noisy. I am a contract cleaner in australia so know how clean & tidy accommodation should be. Get rid of the pigeons before someone complains of being bitten by bird lice.
