半夜十一點過被空調聲音吵醒，打電話要求前台換房間，前台服務員説，住這麼久了還換房間，一再要求，前台服務員説請示經理，十多分鐘以後，上來一個保安，門口就能聽到空調噪音，保安不顧客人私隱，直接走進房間，我問他，聽見了嗎，保安説聽見了（本來在門口就能聽見），保安態度非常不耐煩，轉身而去，我站在門口問已經離去的保安先生，還需要多久？保安先生扔過來一句:等一會。非常不滿意的一次住宿。
