I recently had the privilege of staying at a vacation home, and I am extremely satisfied with this experience. Firstly, the ambiance of the vacation home was incredibly comfortable, From the thoughtfully designed interior decor to the natural surroundings, it was truly enchanting.More importantly, the staff's service left a lasting impression on me. They were always polite, welcoming, and attentive. Whatever needs or questions I had, they were always willing to assist, making my vacation even more enjoyable.

Southern Village Hotel offers spacious and meticulously clean rooms, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic stay. The gym is well-equipped with a variety of exercise machines and free weights, catering to fitness enthusiasts. Although the swimming pool is small, it is convenient for a refreshing dip. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to Desaru Mini Zoo makes it an excellent choice for families and animal lovers looking to explore the local wildlife. Overall, Southern Village Hotel provides a great blend of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience for its guests.

The facilities i can say is very good for a small hotel. Very proper system. Its just that the management might have to improve on checking the facilities. When i was there the hot water arent that hot and the entrance lamp in my room actually not working. Room 115 so management please take note on this. We paid for breakfast and they serve us maggi goreng on first day and nasi goreng on second day (need to check the quality too as for me its quite tasteless). Asal ada punya breakfast la I would say. There’s room for improvement!!

Place is very peacefull.. should got more attention from tourist. Some of the furniture a bit old. Our stay was good.. good place for healing.picture really same with reality

It is right on the street, very convenient for transportation and dining. It is about 10 minutes away from Miao Village, suitable for family travel. Across the street is the Internet celebrity check-in coffee shop. High cost performance

Clean, location by the sea.. room with balcony. Nmpk sea view, every room has a kitchen sink and electric stove... Cume parking is a bit difficult...here you are fighting with seafood Chinese cuisine customers... Overall solid

The best stay ever as the room given on my early Checked in by Amerald staff soo happy for the services! Room are directly given in front of the beach is awesomeness. Peaceful ambiences away from City! Im lucky i get fast check in room are clean and may improvised on maintenance on outdoor balcony. Food are easily get from hotel room service and next to lobby there is a reataurant serves delicious ShellOut set i ever tried with loads n generous of gravy given!👍🏻 overall all good because im lucky!💞🫶🏻 Keep up on maintenance of building cleanliness n deco then it will be more awesome!🙌

Staff at the front desk just okay. We booking for king bed but I believe it was just a queen size bedroom since we request for ground level as im pregnant. No lift provided. The interior was not very nice. The basic appliances were provided but the fridge is not functioning(not so cool) and not much space to set our foods and baby bottles etc.,. The worst was the smell from the sink (smells comes from the sewage) and need to open the exhaust fan all day long. Even i put soap the smell wont come off the smells comes from the drainage. It was bad i almost thrown up when opening the toilet door. I would not recommend staying here during monsoon seasons because we were not able to walk along the beach (the tide was high). The only thing i love were the environment of this resort (its so relaxing outside of the room) and the breakfast was superb. For dinner we went outside and eat at warung tepi futsal and the food were bad. The price almost the same as JB (quite pricey) even though JB still can get lower price.the staff at the pool counter was not friendly. His nails were so long and dirty . Not even smile at us. And answer our question smirkingly because we forgot our towel card.

This is probably the most luxurious resort I’ve ever stayed at. Check in comes with free welcome drinks and snacks, then in the room, there was a free mini bar restocked daily, free coffee and tea. There was turndown service too. Booked the sea view room, but was upgraded to sea view corner room likely because it was the off peak period on an early November weekday. Every staff was polite, attentive and had a lot of initiative. Swimming pool was clean and not crowded at all. There was access from the resort directly to the beach and beach towels were also provided on the deck chairs.

The staff here are amazing—always smiling, friendly, and helpful. The facility is impressive, with everything being free except for the kids' club and access to the waterpark. If you book directly through the hotel’s website, they will include waterpark access for two guests. The hotel breakfast is fairly standard, nothing exceptional, but the kids' section never fails to impress me every day. My favorite breakfast experience was on the last day when I believe the head chef had just returned from Cuti Raya. Here are some tips for upcoming visitors: You have access to a private beach that is shared with the Westin, and there is a shuttle bus that takes you to the golf course, visiting both The Westin and Anantara along the way. I also recommend using the bikes to ride along the designated bike paths in the area. Lastly, enjoy your stay!
