It’s my first time staying at this hotel together with my big family for wedding ocassion. The location is great although the hotel located at the main road where easily to have traffic jam most of the time, taking a grab is a choice and must! The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful too. For better improvement , the hotel need to upgrade and polish some hotel furniture or equipment hence can make hotel more attractive to the tourist.

Aircon in room 314 was not working. The hotel corridor is much colder than the room itself. Had to check out of there.

Great location but for food hunter not much choice around

clean and comfortable hotel, the location of the hotel is very strategic and suitable for staying with family.

The hotel facilities are very comfortable and located in the middle of Pekanbaru city. The drawback of this hotel is the lack of "3S" culture Smile, greeting and greeting. Especially starting from the porter, receptionist, waitstaff.

- For a 4-star hotel, bathroom amenities are incomplete, no comb, no cotton buds -slow wifi signal, watching TV is stuck - breakfast has many choices but the taste still needs to be improved - breakfast for children aged 3 years is 75,000/child + prayer mats and the Koran are provided in the room + room cleanliness is okay, only the carpet in the corridor/hallway is dusty

Have often stayed at PH Pkbaru among many hotels, maybe here the facilities are very satisfying, breakfast is very varied, according to taste, hospitality is very good, but for the arrangement of basement parking, it may need improvement by security personnel to be safer, Overall Very Satisfaction...

The receptionist was not very friendly and the food for breakfast was not very tasty.

Good, location in the city center, door key card is a bit slow, but everything else is okay
