Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut und das Abendbuffet abwechslungsreich. Zum Strand ca. 3 minütiger Fußweg.

Wir waren 14 Tage im März hier. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral im Zentrum der Stadt. Man ist in 5 min am Strand. Die kleine Sauna, Indoor- und Außenpool sind top und das Personal ist überaus fleißig und sehr freundlich. Kein leerer Teller steht länger als 2 min. auf dem Tisch. Wobei wir beim Essen sind. Das Büffet zum Frühstück, sowie zum Abendessen war das Beste, was ich seit langem in einem Hotel hatte. Es lässt keine Wünsche offfen. Zum Frühstück Kaffee in allen Varianten, Cappuchino, Latte, American usw. Eine Vielfalt wie ich sie lange nicht gesehen habe. Fisch, Suchi, Torte, Croissants,Eierspeisen, verschiedene Brotsorten und vieles mehr. Alles ist frisch und sauber. Die in der Küche selbst zubereiteten Speisen werden ständig neu nachgefüllt. Manche 4 Sternehotels bieten nicht diese Auswahl. Die Zimmer könnten etwas größer sein. Das wäre aber auch der einzige Kritikpunkt. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden und wenn wir wieder nach Paguera kommen, ist dieses Hotel unsere erste Wahl.

Super Hotel, toller Service, jeden Tag Handtuchwechsel o. Bettwäsche,falls gewünscht. Essen abwechslungsreich, Keller(innen) zuvorkommend und flott. Angenehme Atmosphäre, einzelzimmer mit Doppelbett,herrliche Aussicht aufs Meer v vom balkon, Busse nach palma. o. Richtung Andratx halbstündlich. Das Hotel hat 4 Sterne verdient!
