Great!

I was in 2023 with my family & friends, and then we will decided, that we have to come again to this beautiful place. So it’s 2025 and we was also there just with family in te period 22-29th of June. The place is beautiful, the food was also good and plenty, the waiters and waitresses were very kind, and also the boss/head of the restaurant were very kindly. Almost every day was programs for childrens and adults, and from 20:30 o’clock was mini disco and from 21 o’clock was programs for children & adults, too. And of course a lot of thanks to the animators, who also were very kindly, and I would like to mention their names: Aylin, Rano, Husky, Azat, Bekir, Nicola, Sofia, Lenka, Sahin, Murathan, Amine, Sinay & Falcon. I just recommend to everyone who would like have some beautiful moments and of course after then some beautiful memories. Joseph from Romania.

Stayed at this hotel for a week with my 2 children and partner, we were abit disappointed with the drinks. They aren’t freshly made cocktails and they are very limited on what they have. They are literally just poorer from a bottle. Down at the beach bar you could only get wine or beer and be careful it’s advertised to be a beach hotel yet you have to cross a road. We saw a big snake down on the grass at the restraint! Not many English family’s here at all. I think there was like 1. That we saw and the staff also speak very little English. No evening entertainment on a Sunday , we asked staff for a bat to play ping pong and apparently we couldn’t have one because it was Sunday. No fun on Sundays aloud. The entertainment I found abit rubbish anyway , no bar near it and extremely loud music The kids pool with the big slides is extremely slippy. My kids fell over about 100 times! Also do not leave your stuff by the pool when your swimming with your children because someone stole my sons brand new genuine crocs and replaced them with there old scruffy fake ones that were obviously to small for my son. Reception couldn’t do anything about it because apparently there are no cameras at the small pool. At reception , my partner also heard someone else speaking in Russian about their items being stolen to! You can only get ice cream at certain times think it’s about 2 or 2.30 and the queue is massive , all though you can buy one from shop near the pool for 3 euro each so I just did that for my 2 when ever they wanted, great for a 5 star hotel never known anything like this. The floor in the rooms were dirty my kids feet were black, I was having night mares most evenings due to being concuss it was dirty! My daughter ended up with bald patches from having her hair braided with the fake coloured hair in it. You wait about a hour for the lift to go to the restraint in the new building. I did have a Turkish bath and massage and it was really nice I couldn’t fault that! also you only get one room key so you can’t leave your airconditioning on, we had to ask for another. Do not like the fact that my children’s bed were right next to the balcony door and they also didn’t fill my mini bar up everyday and when id asked for some extra drinks for it they said ‘tomorrow we will bring’ , good 5* hotel The food is basic, same things every evening. Also queus do get very big in the one near reception. No one brings drinks round and I thought they did in most 5*, disappointing. The pizza down at the beach is nice bur you have to queue for at least 30 min and there’s a-lot of flies on them to that i noticed that put me off! I must say the best day we had was when we went out all day we did a boat trip. We got Told it was a private transfer and we did quite a lot of pick ups to say it was meant To be private. The driver was wrecked nearly Ran about 3 people over at ‘zebra’ crossings and also just casually on his phone whilst driving. Ended up getting stu

Great hotel and good location. Check was nice and quick got your room and was presently surprised lovely spacious room it was a corner room nice balcony. Bathroom was good then toiletries weren't that great just seemed to have hair shampoo but no shower gel I had bought my own so didn't bother us too much. Good was good although could have had more fruit very limited only pears or peaches and the were a bit hard as I don't like eggs I was very limited but my hubby was ok. Lovely beach and pool area although beach very stoney plenty of sunbeds at beach and pool. Snack bar at beach very good pizzas made to order. Also had a la cart meal included we chose the Italian very good. Only thing people saying how good guest relations was but didn't really find her that helpful asked about trips but didn't give us any guidance just said we had to do it through our holiday provider in the end I just booked a trip online through get your guide which by the way was very good

It was the best holiday ever ... Everything was mazing -food ,rooms ,staff , entertainment,kids club,beach ... Everybody was so friendly and helpful all the time ...Kids still talking about and want to come back again...

We had a wonderful stay at Royal Garden Beach! The staff was kind and always smiling, the food was varied and delicious every day, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We especially loved the pool area and the entertainment team – they made every evening special. A perfect place for relaxing with family. Special thanks to Chef Gilik for the amazing meals, to Ceyda Hizmetci who was absolutely wonderful and kind, and to Nuray for the most delicious traditional pastries – they were incredible! Thank you for a beautiful and unforgettable vacation!

The staff are really kind and helpful and they are funny and I made friends with the staff every morning they have a song and they let you dance with them and the beds are comfy and the rooms are nice and clean and if you bring a blanket the cleaner will do a design with it and I definitely recommend for big families like mine from Maisie

Hotel, facilities and cleanliness excellent Staff friendly helpful and all very happy Food was poor, I am not a fussy eater and when abroad eat local food all the time but the standard of the offering was poor, luke warm, repetitive and all tasted the same I think the chef was given a tub of seasoning for Christmas. Fish grilled to within an inch of its life making it dry and difficult to get off the bone, raw meat on several occasions especially the kebabs and koftas, soups for breakfast also steamed broccoli and cauliflower left from night before never seen this anywhere not even turkey when we have been before, understand using what's left from previous night Loved the hotel food fell well short I will not return due to this which is a shame

We came as a party of 8 the hotel is so beautiful and clean the staff work so hard to make you feel happy and welcome at all.times and are very polite we couldn't fault the staff they couldn't do enough for you azat and husky the entertainment staff were amazing and always strived to make the holiday enjoyable and perfect they had daily entertainment for adults and children and watetsports on the beach my husband had an amazing tattoo from inkpoint for a great price the lovely gentleman called yusef would walk around daily very polite man Now there was a couple of bad points the food wasn't great we managed on chicken chips burgers spag bol for lunch and there is pizza but the quese and waiting times were ridiculous we had to eat out every evening as none of us liked the food we are not picky eaters it is very Scandinavian intoriated and not a lot of choose for English I wish we would have been told this before booking as we spent more money than we planned also a lot of the quest are very rude pushing in front of people at the children carnival adults were pushing in front of children so they could take plates of the food that were there for children some people have no manners Overall it was a ok place

Hello!îs my second year when i went at this wonderfull hotel.last year was great and this year greater.the food..The drinks...The room...everythink was at superlativ....I recomand this hotel for everybody...1 minute to the șea....3 minute to 3 malls and a big market with everythink......a amuzament park 2 minute away....it îs super....

We were two families staying at Royal Garden Beach from June 28th to July 4th. We had a wonderful time—the flight was perfect, the accommodation was comfortable, and everything was punctual. The staff spoke Russian and English, which made communication easy. The food was exceptional, and overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I really recommend this hotel.

One of the best hotels in Alanya region if looking for family vacation and all-inclusive service package. Lots of different leisure activities throughout the day both for parents and children. Small downside may be the condition of bathroom in suites, which need renovation, I guess. But that is quickly overwritten with overall high-quality service level and abundance of food served during meal hours. Our children loved it! P.S.: And special thanks to NURAY Hanim and her delicious pastry (Gözleme) :) that she serves in the cafe next to hotel's beach!

We visited Royal Garden for the second year in a row (spontaneous trip) and it was the best choice! The hotel is wonderfully located, right on the beach, sunbeds and umbrellas free of charge. A very large selection of food and drinks . Everyone will definitely find something delicious for themselves. Spacious rooms (in the premium building with a wonderful view of the sea), cleaned daily. Attractions for adults and children at the highest level. Two pools, no "battle for the sunbeds" The staff takes great care of their guests, and the bartender Mehmet from the pool bar deserves the greatest praise. The drinks he prepares are art and poetry. The Ultra all-inclusive option provides food and drinks 24/7 and means you never go hungry. In summary, the best hotel on the Turkish Riviera at a very affordable price! The hotel this year was better than last year (2024). Food. A lot of choose. Everybody can find. Coctails. This years better and tasties. Animations. For adults - boring. For kids - disco nothing special, but days programs - nice. Rooms. Clean and big. Al Lacarte. I recommende to try Italian and Turkish restourants. Of course they have also Chine and SeaFood. A lot of green zone. Not special but shades you have. Pool. For all are 6 pools. For every ages. The bigest thanks for Guest Relation menager Chade (sorry if I writte wrong). Everyday she answers for me in all questions. Everyday she smiles and ask how we feels.
