Nova Platinum Hotel Reviews

Breakfast was ok but was worse on our last day. We stayed from 20-27 February 2025. We were given room no. 6030 but it had an electrical problem. The main lights would go on at least 5 to 6 times in the night & we would get up to put it off. We were shifted to room no. 5019 but there were a lot of cockroaches. We complained. A person came & did spray & killed a few of them. After he went out , still more were coming out. We complained at the reception. They changed our room to 3408 for the last two nights.

Just an average hotel compare to 4stars, No room service was available after 7PM and amenities were compacted as tub was there but you wouldn’t be able to use it, Location was perfect but all i can say just an average one.

Front desk staff(kong) was very rude..bed service ever… roaches in bathroom..not recommended..

Ok ok now to good but no option near Indian restaurant for breakfast

Over all review is good

It was a ok hotel. My room was every day cleaned very well, it's just weird my bed sheets weren't changed once in my 6 days stay. I do believe change sheets once 3 days is common knowledge, special in hot places. Overall my stay was ok. Wifi was kind of pitiful, good I had purchased an Internet simcard. The highlight surely is the swimming pool.

Staff was rude… cockroach in room

Hotel was good and nice ambience. Situated in mid city near to walking street.

One of the reasonable place near walking street. But its full of indians and will surely be noisy. So avoid if you want peace. Very less amenities and somewhat dirty.

Please do not book this hotel they charge 2000 bht for smoking and all rooms are non smoking rooms… Beware before booking this hotel you cannot smoke here.::

a place that full of indian. i mean only indian room are good staff are not so friendly when you checking in with head shaking and sneer

The hotel was beautiful on the outside and lovely in the inside. The staff was friendly. They said they will stay here again.
