We stayed for five nights and only saw six

Stayed for 4 nights in August.
I was able to sleep even with the air conditioning turned off.
The only disappointing thing was the loud motorbikes that passed by on the road next to it every night.
The nearby bars weren't noisy until the early hours of the morning.
The breakfast was pretty tasty.
My range of activities in Pattaya was mostly south of Central Pattaya, so it was convenient.
