Now still live here. To my mind one of the best option in Pattaya. Awesome view to the see Deep pool on the 4 floor. Very good atmosphere here. Nobody bother you. Personnel is attentive. Yes, the hotel is rather old but all works. They even have beer opener in the room Close to all night life places

I lost my phone on the road... luckily the staff help me to retrieve the phone by contacting the person who found the my phone... I am very greatful and lucky to meet them

The location is perfect—right by the seashore with a beautiful view of the Pattaya City sign from the window. It’s also just a short walk to the night party streets, which is super convenient if you want to explore the nightlife. The highlight of our stay was definitely the swimming pool. It’s stunning at dawn, and the sunset views are absolutely worth it. The room was clean and smelled great when we arrived. However, just a note for future guests: basic toiletries like shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, and slippers aren’t provided, so be sure to bring your own. Overall, a peaceful and scenic place to stay with easy access to both the beach and the nightlife.

Very convenient and accessible location to food eateries and massage or common transportation but basic facilities needs to be improved like the room hot water kettle, hair dryer or hair shampoo or body shampoo are not found in the room. The Aircon is not able to manually adjust the temperature too. The noise level during count down period is huge too. But if you are take note of all these and prepare in advance, the location definitely is a plus point still for you to choose. I have enjoyed the fireworks at the poolside tremendously during the new year count down. Thanks.

Good point location Bad points pictures are all with photoshop the hotel is old. Day service can be better and more polite. No amenities. Small swimming pool with broken chairs. Sometimes noisy. If you open the window so much mosquitos.

Perfectly located in front of the beach. The hotel looks old but it's a good value for the amount paid. The best thing I like about this hotel is the view.

Location is good. Hotel is rather old. Lobby is very dark. They don't provide kettle and hair dryer and tissue box!

The location is good and room is comfortable.cleanness is some furnitures so dusty . Air con  enough cooling and should be put more face towel and bathroom amenities only have soap, is Inconvenient have only small soap , should be put pore other amenities also .

This hotel is worth the price ,it's convenient location Good view of the beach and active street below,makes it an acceptable find.
