Very convenient and accessible location to food eateries and massage or common transportation but basic facilities needs to be improved like the room hot water kettle, hair dryer or hair shampoo or body shampoo are not found in the room. The Aircon is not able to manually adjust the temperature too. The noise level during count down period is huge too. But if you are take note of all these and prepare in advance, the location definitely is a plus point still for you to choose. I have enjoyed the fireworks at the poolside tremendously during the new year count down. Thanks.

Good to stay and near the beach

Good point location Bad points pictures are all with photoshop the hotel is old. Day service can be better and more polite. No amenities. Small swimming pool with broken chairs. Sometimes noisy. If you open the window so much mosquitos.

Perfectly located in front of the beach. The hotel looks old but it's a good value for the amount paid. The best thing I like about this hotel is the view.

Location is good. Hotel is rather old. Lobby is very dark. They don't provide kettle and hair dryer and tissue box!

The location is good and room is comfortable.cleanness is some furnitures so dusty . Air con  enough cooling and should be put more face towel and bathroom amenities only have soap, is Inconvenient have only small soap , should be put pore other amenities also .

This hotel is worth the price ,it's convenient location Good view of the beach and active street below,makes it an acceptable find.

Room not like photos. no room safe, Had no hot water for 3 days, won't stay again.

Many people said this before, but I believe none of them has pointed out that in this case age means quality. The hotel may be old, starting with the lobby, the elevator and the rooms. However, if you consider how old it is and that it is still running up until today speaks for it s quality. It s right at Beach Road. You can find everything you may want easily. The hotel has a pool with a nice view on the 4th floor. The bedsheets are super soft, so are the beds. (Some may know the hard beds in hotels) The location, the view and the pool make this hotel almost unbeatable. Just don t expect highly modern interior, more like late 80s and you will be fine. Enjoy your stay!

Very nice hotel

The hotel is old but it's close to the beach. Staff are friendly and approachable. Room service cleaning is excellent.

I in error booked 3 rooms for one night instead of 1 room for 3 nights The cancellation was immediately done to correct the error but the hotel owner refused to give the money.Saying that it is the policy & Refused to take my calls. But we still stayed for 3 nights So far Thai Humans seem to grab & hold onto money. This makes Thailand an unfriendly holiday destination.

Good location, but older than the photos. Still a good experience for the price

The location of this hotel is good and its staff is also good, but the cleaning lady in it checks your bags and takes out what she finds, and you have to avoid it yourself and keep your belongings. You have to protect yourself
