For what I paid, it was excellent value. Location is not bad as it is on 3rd road with North Pattaya road both important roads which connect to all parts of the city. I could walk to the nearest beach (Wongamat) and it took about 25 minutes. Swimming pool could have been much better for a 5 star hotel. The rest was very good, albeit buffet breakfast was only good enough for a three star hotel (so is the pool).

The hotel is located in North Pattaya, not far from the beach, but walking may be tiring. The room is clean, the balcony is wide, there is a spray hose, a hair dryer, quite complete. The staff is smiling and helpful. It is near food and convenience stores.

I was so impressed with my stay at The Proud Hotel! 🏨 The room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was so soft and comfortable. And most importantly, the bathtub 🛁 was so relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet was also amazing! 🍳🥐 There were so many choices, including fresh fruits, pastries, salads and made-to-order omelets. Everything was delicious and the staff was great. Overall, it was a great stay. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay in Pattaya! 🌟

Went with my son. My son really liked the pool and played all day. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were just the right softness. When I asked for more pillows, the staff provided very good service. Breakfast was very delicious. Everything was delicious. The cook is skilled. The staff provided good service and were cheerful. Will definitely come back again. Oh, the price is very good, just over a thousand. The location is good, close to Terminal 21 shopping mall, Big C, Lotus. To the beach, it's only less than 10 minutes. Chill *_* I highly recommend it.

The hotel location is very good, easy to get in and out, the room is clean, the bed is soft and comfortable to sleep, the food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and it is close to 7-11, so it is easy to find food. The kids love the swimming pool.

The room was simple, and I didn't have many special requirements, but the bathroom had a very bad smell. I usually didn't see any service staff, and I had to find the front desk or call to communicate if I needed anything. I asked the front desk to notify the housekeeping department to send two new bath towels, but the front desk said they didn't understand why they needed clean ones. Finally, I waited for two hours before someone came to deliver them. When I checked out, it was such a small room, and I had to wait for almost half an hour before the room was checked and checked out... I was misled by the location, and I really don't recommend this hotel.

This hotel is specially designed to receive Chinese group tours. Breakfast must be included in the stay, but the breakfast is really not good. Fortunately, the room is big enough, but the price is not cheap
