Breakfast was very good 👍, TV faulty antenna cable, bad signal. Room was clean very late in afternoon when you walked to sleep.

The best thing to do at a hotel is to relax in a comfortable bed but this hotel welcome me with unclean bed and a broken hair dryer.

This hotel is in a fantastic location but could do with a revamp as it’s definitely passed its sell by date !!! Shame !!

First of All, Reception was reflected overall of the Hotel. This is excellent and very helpful to visitors. Recommend for your trip to Chiang Mai.

All staff was helpful, kind and friendly. Hotel is walking distance from the Beach, restaurants and shops. I love the swimming pool on the rooftop. Breakfast was okay.

Not the best and new, but quite good. I have stayed with my bf and we had a great time and location was convenient.

In a calm area, super near the beach and several restaurants. Spacious room, cleaned & towels changed daily; the hotel is one of the older, you can see it from the built and repairs. The rooftop pool was nice for a night swim—doesn’t really offer shade. I recommend own toiletries. Haven’t tried the breakfast. Overall, a nice and convenient stay,

Nice hotel beside sea a little far from town but got a really big sea food restaurant just down the block.overall reasonable.

Smell of sewage coming from bathroom is the only problem. The room is a little bit rundown, however the sea view from room fully compensate this consider the good price it offers.

Clean and super spacious hotel.. Highly recommended for families and groups
