Breakfast is included, and they serve food at a public restaurant next to the same building, but there are two choices: rice porridge and The porridge is very salty, and the rice cake is not dry and has water in it, and the staff is rude. On the day of check-out, there was a blood stain the size of a coin on the bed, so they charged me 250 baht. When I asked if cleaning it was included in the accommodation fee, they said no. They told me to go and wash it, so I went to the room and washed the bed sheets with water and solved it. The staff was very rude, and they didn't even apologize. They also provided a storage box for valuables in the room, and I had to pay a deposit of 500 baht. In the room, there was a price list for all the damages on a single page of paper (like a court order). There was no compensation for the slightly dirty sheets. Room was very small and only good for only sleeping. The bed was very firm. The balcony was tiny. As well as the bathroom. Be careful to not get anything on the sheets as I was charged for a “stain” on a pillow case and charged for a new one.

One of the worst places I've seen in my life... it's really no different from a prison... a room without a window... a room without a closet... a room without a wardrobe... a room without a TV... a room without oxygen... there is no place to move. .. the internet does not work at all at any time... it is not possible for two people to walk together at the same time... this room is only designed for short time... breakfast is only a plate of rice and chopped eggs, very greasy... no water .. no tea .. low coffee .. a public restaurant facing the street with a very bad smell ... I really experienced the worst days in this so-called hotel .. I went to the best hotel in the north of Pattaya for the same price .. really why me I stayed here.. I am sorry for those who gave stars to this hotel..

Lots of mosquitoes inside the room and no option for breakfast because we thought about buffet breakfast during booking an online room with breakfast but nothing but it's ok for short term stay.

The rooms shown are not the rooms available in this hotel! No TV's in rooms and each room can hardly fit the bed which has no padding, just a flat hard board!

Room are very small and very tide. Clean is okay but check in time can not adjustable. Check in time is 2 PM. We arrived at 12 PM but ask for extra money for early check in even rooms are available.

Entire good, but a little bit noisy in the night. But no problem for me. Because no problem to go to drink somewhere. And breakfast is also good. Please try it.

The location is better than expected but the breakfast is wasted, have to across two streets and have to wait till to 8:30 AM 😌😌😌

Really good hotel, close to the Pattaya beach and other shops. 15 minutes walking from the Walking Street. Helpful staff and good cleaning, only minor issue was the room size. My room was ok for a single person. Also, there is no wardrobe for or a hook to hang clothes.

Wifi not stable. Fortunately I have True 5G allowing my other devices to tag on Portable Hotspot. And the room doesn’t have any hook to hang clothes. Recommended the front desk during checkout to install hooks on the door at least. The room is also small, no TV, No phone.
