Centara Hotels in Pattaya

Great place to see sunset here. Lot of play space and activities for kids. Breakfast on the top floor with nice sea view.

The photograph looks better than appear in the real place I arrived at 4:00 PM, (the 3:00 PM is a check-in time) to discover my room was not yet prepared. The receptionist kindly offered me a complimentary drink and fruit while I waited at their restaurant. However, I noticed an empty bowl, as shown in the picture. I finally received my room at 5:00 PM. Considering the extended wait, the receptionist waived the deposit requirement. The building appears older and has an unpleasant, musty odor. The entrance to our room was unclean and showed signs of wear. While the bedsheets were clean, the floor appeared dirty, and slippers were not provided. Our room seemed to be connected to another, with the connecting door unable to lock from our side. Additionally, the porch door lock was broken. Although I considered requesting a room change, but the length of our journey and the late given room dissuaded us. There were other minor inconveniences, but the issues already mentioned were quite disappointing. The swimming pool is suitable for children of all ages. with sincerely review, sorry that I can't have a second time here.

The stay is good and location is convenient with many eateries, massage centres and big shopping mall. The rooms are comfortable but all my friends are given lvl 1 and 2 where we cannot see any views or sceneries from outside. That’s a little disappointing. Some of friends’s rooms had some issues such as basin choked and some other small matters due to poor maintenance. Breakfast were not given to us as it’s kinda expensive. A little disappointed.

the hotel just 10 minutes walking to the beach ,also the central Mall all shops THE BIG C supermarket about 10 minutes the staff very helpful and polite all the room has balcony with view to the pool ,there is kettle tea coffee small fridge AIRCON work perfectly well definitely I will stay again.
