Ginger Patna

No value for money. The room was very small and basic, with an uncomfortable pillow. While the bathroom and amenities were good, the receptionists seemed untrained. The breakfast was average, but the food service staff and housekeeping were commendable. Overall, not worth the high price.

My stay at Patna Ginger was quite pleasant. The air conditioning and nice bathrooms with shower heads were appreciated. Our party of 10 people for a family trip to visit Patna Sahib, which is about 30-50 minutes away, depending on traffic. Breakfast was phenomenal, with very delicious food that warranted a second helping. Despite being located on a busy street, we managed to have a good night's sleep. The staff were attentive, and when food was spilled in our room, they promptly cleaned it up and even compensated us with another meal. The maintenance guy, Nikhil, was very helpful with our WiFi issues, though the WiFi was sometimes unreliable. The only major downside was that there was only one key per room, which made it difficult for us to visit and care for our elderly grandparents. We had to call to get onto another floor. While I understand this is for security purposes, it was inconvenient for us. I suggest management consider bending this rule in special cases like ours. Otherwise, I would stay here again.

It is a nice place in the patna city in this price ranges, luxe rooms are not good in size, but deluxe rooms are spacious. Ambience & food quality is also giod. The behaviour of staffs is also good.

Stay was comfortable. Good place within budget. No high end luxury but reasonable room with decent breakfast and clean set up. Front desk was efficient and check in smooth. I would recommend it for reasonable budget stays.

It's a pretty good and decent hotel with good courteous staff. Breakfast was good. Most importantly, they served breakfast on table with ease.

Hotel was very clean ani perfect to residency . I fil was good to Stay here. There perfect management on this hotel. Food was very good. But Little bit Spicy .but test was very good I like it,l love it. all Staff is very good. Daily room clean is nice ,very good and healthy filing on room.rajkaran and sunny both are very nice because very good treat to me so thank you so much. I am very happy to stay here.

I had ordered dinner from outside because hotel’s restaurant was closed. When food was delivered, i asked reception to give in my room but he denied saying that you have to collect it from reception by yourself.

The hotel is very adamant about breakfast all inclusive amount, they gave it to another guest in front of me but didn't give it to me, the twin room is very small, they keep very small bottles and charge for extra bottle, the room had very bad smell. Although staff was very gentle, riya at reception was very humble but still such small twin room at high cost and if you can't give all inclusive breakfast that it is high adamant behaviour, not visiting next time
