Had a wonderful stay at Nicolas studios. Nicolas kindly met us from the ferry and served us with some watermelon when we arrived at the studio. Our room was very spacious and had everything we needed. The family are all so kind and welcoming. Each day we were given some home grown/cooked treats eggs, melon, cucumber, cake, biscuits. Nicholas even drove us to the beach one day and was always offering to take us places. We celebrated our wedding anniversary during our stay and returned from the beach to find the most beautiful celebration cake in the fridge for us. We loved our stay and would definitely stay there again. Thank you for a fabulous holiday.

The best place to stay in Skala. Nicolas and his family was extraordinary helpful and warmhearted. I felt like I came home and I will for sure live in Nicolas studios next time in Patmos. The made my visit to Patmos amazing❤️ close to everything and at the same time quiet.

Nicolas and his family were extremely helpful and accommodating. The room was clean, beautiful view, and peaceful surroundings. They picked me up and dropped me off from the port. Nicolas helped me arrange an e-bike to get around the island. Patmos is a peaceful, relaxing, and spiritual place. Thank you Nicolas and family!!!

Home away when on a distant island in Greece
I traveled to Patmos with my 2 daughters via ferry. We arrived at 2am, and Nicholas and his son met us there with kind faces and a bottle of water. They drove us the short distance to the studios. There were snacks waiting for us. During our stay, they were the most accommodating. Our rooms were clean and had everything we could need. I highly recommend!! They are the best.

Nicholas and his family could not have done more to enhance our stay - fruit from the garden, eggs from the chickens, cake, help with finding a dentist, help returning the key to our room from our previous hotel on another island…Greek hospitality at its finest. The property is ideally situated between Skala town and Meloi Beach, both walkable, with the added bonus of a good restaurant just down the road. Highly recommended!
