Tap in washroom was not working neither there was hot water. No working tv. Washroom was not clean.

The manager at the hotel was rude. The room allotted was very small though we had booked for 3 people. They only changed the room after a lot of requests. The rooms are not well maintained. They charge 200% service charges over the mrp of water bottles and cold drinks

Room are too not upto the mark as shown in the pics. Room service is not available. Even toothpaste was not in the washroom and we need to ask for this more than 5 times. Poor service and high rates. Not worth spending money there.

Have a once in a lifetime bad experience in this hotel. Please avoid it at any cost. Not a penny has been spent for maintenance in the last many years.

The linens were not changed for new customer. Shower was broken. Charging point was not working, fan regulator was not working. It was very poor experience
