Pros 1) Location is a convenient one Cons 1) The TV set is not working at all. On the first attempt ,some technicians have made it to work in the next 30 minutes duration, even though there are only 4 channels available, the TV set seems to be very old, it completely wastes my 30 minutes 2) Room entrance light not working at all, Also there room lights are so dim that no one could work under this 3) No response on the internal telephones provided inside the room by the service staff, each time you need to go downstairs and make an order for the same 4) The room is not clean enough, it seems very old painted room 5) Ordered food is very very expensive and of very poor quality as well , even the water bottle cost 55 INR Never suggested to anyone at all

Food was between good and average location is super and facilities were also good . Overall it was a good experience for me . And one more thing the view from the room to outside was above and beyond .

At first they provided me a room where lights were flickering and water was leaking in bathroom. They said that they will get the lights changed and send a plumber. But after waiting for long time, around an hour, I requested to change my room. They assigned a better room then. I had similar experience earlier in another hotel in Chandigarh that they first provide you a room in bad condition, only when you complain about it the room is changed. This is wrong trend.

Average. No dental kit available. No doormats outside washroom. Ac non functional. They said its central supply. Cant switch on for one room. Gave a pedestal fan.

Me-in stay kiya, lekin yeah experience bilkul bhi acha nah i raha. Bohot zyada mehenga: room rates bohot high the, lekin facilities auro service is price ke laayak nah i thi. Shor sharaba auro noisy environment: hotel me-in ek function chal raha tha, jiska shor raat bhar sunai deta raha. Walls soundproof nah i thi, auro music auro logon ki awaaz ne need kharab kar di. Agar aap araam karne ke lye hotel dhoond rahe hain, to yeah bilkul shahi jagah nah i hai. Staff ka cooperation nah i tha: jab maine complaint ki to staff ne koi khaas help nah i ki. Bas kaha ke "function chal raha hai, hum kuch nah i kar sakte" overpriced services: khana bohot mehenga tha auro quality bhi average thi. Hear chhoti chhoti cheez ke extra charges lag-aye gaye. Agar aap peaceful auro comfortable stay chahte hain, to yeah hotel avoid karein. Poise barbaad mat karein. Call me. Bill. Hi
