Room- clean, roomy, comfortable, modern with a small balcony. Location- perfectly situated next to the beach 🏖️ the night market is in the next village. They are building a local temple which is stunning just a short walk away. There are lots of restaurants, bars and coffee shops near. Perfect destination to relax and unwind whilst having leisurely strolls around the local area. Complimentary coffee, tea and bottled water which is a lovely touch. There is also a foot massager in room to use and a clothes drier to use on the balcony for drying beach wear. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They appear to be a family run hotel and has a home from home welcome. We look forward to returning in the future!

We've stayed in hundreds of hotels all over the world and this one ranks up their with the worst. We stayed in Room 205 at the back of the building and by evening the bathroom smelled very strongly of raw sewage, the smell was so bad we thought about checking out during the night but as we had nowhere to stay we pushed on. In the morning out car was blocked in by another guest who decided to double park, so we couldn't leave until the car was moved. The hotel is old and run down, don't believe the reviews giving this place a high score as it is not deserved. The room was dated, there is an old lounge which looks disgusting covered in stains and the hotel is full of mosquitos, why is there and old PC on the desk, who would even use it. Smart tv was in the room, but the wifi was so poor (it could barely stream a 240p YouTube video), it was unusable and didn't seem to have any channels due to no antenna. While I love travel in Thailand and there are some amazing places, this isn't one, the whole beach is polluted with tonnes of plastic waste, which is sad, the shops and restaurants are run down and don't look clean. Not only would I recommend you don't stay at this hotel, but avail the whole area, This place is way over priced for the quality offered, considering the sewage issue in the bathroom, it shouldn't be taking guests.

Cool small hotel, great bed, not bad breakfasts. There is a foot massager in the room. Coffee machine and microwave in the lobby.

Great place, hotel in excellent condition, 10 meters and you are on the beach. The beach is semi wild. Beware of jellyfish and sand fleas... the staff is great!

The room is very clean, comfortable and complete. Located on the seaside, you can see the sunrise even while lying on the bed. Sleep very comfortably, breakfast is good. If I have a chance, I will definitely stay here again.

A normal hotel as a transit base on the way to Samui. Quite clean, tired rooms, but the beach, location compensate :)

This hotel is pretty good, and the facilities inside are pretty good in all aspects. I think hotels in Thailand are generally quite cost-effective and worth staying in everywhere. However, I think it would be much more convenient to rent a car.

Everything is great: the beach with soft sand across the road, good breakfast, staff. This is the third time we have stopped on the way to Koh Samui, and will be there again.

Very close to the beach, the room has a musty smell, probably due to the high vacancy rate. It is suitable for lone travelers, but not convenient for family travel!
