Environment: I always like to book this hotel when traveling. The service attitude of the ladies at the front desk has always been very good, but this time the experience was a bit poor. The room that was opened first was told by the room attendant that it could not be used and needed to be changed. Secondly, the waiting time for changing rooms is also quite long. The door lock of the room I changed could not be locked. I thought it would be troublesome to change rooms again, so I found something to hold against the door and slept all night. The air conditioner blades were also broken. I called the front desk and asked the front desk to deliver a blanket in the middle of the trip. It was very quick and the attitude was very good.
