Disappointing
Intermittent water supply and almost no hot water. Absurdly high restaurant and bar prices. Go to the Mar y Sol down the street (which is excellent!). We won't be back.

Un lugar tranquilo.
Estadia en el lugar fue buena, restaurante precios super normales, buen servicio al cliente, ubicacion hay que pasar la calle para estar en la playa, y el super mas cercano u otra opcion de comida, esta como a unos 5 a 7km de distancia.
Lamentablemente en las noches encienden unas luces que iluminan distinstos colores y son muy molestas ya que las cortinas no son blackout y por ende entra toda la luz a las habitaciones (en el caso nuestro las superiores), por lo demas esta bien, la picina buena temperatura.

Hace muchísimos años había visitado este hotel y me habían fascinado. Regresé y sigue siendo excelente. Pet Friendly. Frente a la playa que es una maravilla por estar muy limpia y vacía. Buen parqueo. Rodeado de naturaleza. Habitaciones amplias con insumos de baño, cafetera, mininevera y pantalla. Todas las habitaciones con vista al jardín o a la playa. Tiene jacuzzi, piscina adultos y otra para niños. Buen desayuno, abundante y variado. Lo único en que deben mejorar es el resto de la comida porque no es tan buena y, lamentablemente, el olor de la preparación llega hasta la piscina, que está enfrente y hasta las habitaciones. Entonces si ud es delicado con los olores si le va a inquietar. Yo creo que tambien ofrecería la venta de snacks empaquetados o cosas por el estilo. Después de eso. Todo sigue siendo excelente.!

Un gran hotel, lo recomiendo totalmente, la atención de todo el personal desde el muchacho que nos recibió en la entrada y todos los demás son muy atentos, instalaciones muy bien cuidadas y la comida excelente, muy pronto volveremos con la familia!

Quede muy satisfecha en nuestra estadía, el personal super amable, la comida deliciosa, el ambiente muy familiar y agradable, la seguridad excelente, y algo que quiero recalcar y por lo que definitivamente volvería es por la limpieza de las habitaciones, las camas con olor a LIMPIO y eso es algo que para mi lo vale todo❤️👏

The restaurant quality has gone down significantly since last visit and review. They let the best chef go and now the food is sadly not even a fair meal. We had 4 people out of our party of 11 who only ate a couple bites and left the meal, stating it was not edible. The old Chef, Pito is now at a restaurant in Parrita, Coco Loco and is the place to dine!
