When we checked in we found out that the room was not cleaned well and the floor was full of dust. We had to use a towel and clean it. Then we informed the receptionist and the cleaners were already out. She cleaned it herself when we went out for dinner. Location is on a rocky road so you definitely need a car to reach.

Assolutamente da evitare! Esperienza pessima sotto ogni aspetto. Le foto online sono completamente ingannevoli: la nostra stanza era piccola, senza finestre, con un mini balcone in comune che da un senso di essere in vacanza con estranei, il tutto assolutamente non scritto sulla descrizione della stanza (una doppia con vista mare). Il parcheggio ha solo tre posti auto è scomodissimo e la struttura è difficile da raggiungere. La posizione dell’hotel è tutt’altro che comoda. Il personale si è dimostrato impreparato e spesso scortese, più di tutti la manager: arrogante e maleducata. Una delusione totale: non lo consiglierei a nessuno. PS Al nostro arrivo la stanza era stata pulita male, nel bagno era pieno di capelli e peli degli ospiti precedenti, una scena imbarazzante per una struttura che si fa pagare oltre 300 euro a notte.

the view was beautiful and the hotel was only a few minutes walk to the parikia town center. the walk does consist of a stretch along a busy road which we didn’t mind but we also never walked it after dark. the hotel is small/basic and the amenities mirror that. breakfast was light but included. be aware that the rooms do not have lotion/moisturizer or conditioner stocked. staff was friendly and arranged for transfer to and from the port as well as a buggy rental. “adults only” was not enforced during our stay. another thing that didn’t bother us much but it is worth noting.

Unfortunately we were moved to Parea from their sister property Parea Blue Zone due to unexpected flood of two weeks ago. This was informed one day before and we had no other option than staying at Parea, what we didn't like was the atitude of the young lady receptionist a bit arrogant, we got stressed by the number of calls and whatsapp messages. The Parea is OK, nice view but remote location from the city centre, basic OK breakfast, didn't like the vibe too much, other staff very pleasant

This was a nice hotel, but is location was just a little bit far from town to make it an easy walk. It meant walking along a busy road which got tedious pretty quick. We had a car for some of our rental and it was like musical chairs getting a park, and getting in and out was on a pretty bad road. The room was lovely and appointed well. The staff weren’t rude but were a little bit cold compared to everywhere else we went in Greece.

The hotel rooms are very upscale and new; across the main street is a small park, beach and look out area. We could also walk down to main street and marina area in under five minutes.
We loved the room; however, the chemicals/chlorine in the pool were very strong and burned our eyes while sleeping. I would recommend for the hotel to find alternative tabs/supplements to remedy this (for rooms with an indoor pool). Also, the hotel is brand new, so they are still working on getting the entrance/car drop-off worked out.

Style and decor was great. Aircon also. Breakfast was included with vibey music playing throughout the day by the pool.
The shower will need some work in the not too distant future as you can tell mould will creep in at some point.
