2nd time here and just love love LOVE it! The views situation are amazing, the room has air con and a very quiet fridge, also an excellent little coffee maker. The owner left snacks as well as coffee and water. This is just what us old school greekophiles search for, and there's not many places like this left. Plenty of hooks and coathangers for your clothes. Good water pressure in the shower. We were also delighted the cat we met there last year was waiting for us on arrival. A magical place. The only comment is that it would be great to have a mirror in the bedroom, for doing make up etc

Just LOVED this little place, exactly what we want from our Greek hotel/studio rooms. Clean and bright, comfy bed, good size bathroom with big shower. Good hanging space for clothes. EXCELLENT value . And the location and view are breath-taking. Also, we loved the little cat who befriended us on arrival. The owner we liked too! he was very friendly and met us within minutes of our arrival. There are 2 places to eat and drink 1-5 mins walk away and you can drive to town and the port in 5 mins, or even walk it in 30 along the coast path. The view from here will remain with me a long time and I would definitely stay here again and for more than just 1 night. 10/10

We were lucky enough to stay in a TWIN room. The rooms are extremely well located; closer to the sea, it’s complicated! Right in front, there is a beach reserved for tenants with (free) deck chairs. Unfortunately, there is no parasol and the sun is relatively strong. Half of the beach is sand and the other half is pebbles. The water is incredibly transparent! Gorgeous! The view from our room was superb! What a pleasure to read in the morning on the balcony with this view! In addition, the staff is very nice and makes sure everything is going well regularly. The only small negative point of the room is the cleaning… But with all the positive points, we quickly forget it! They also organized transportation for us upon our arrival and departure. A free bus also takes guests into town several times a day. Which allows us to enjoy a pretty, quiet beach during the day and be able to peacefully reach the city for the evening! A taxi bus also runs every 30 minutes to connect the different accommodations in the city (10€). Perhaps two plates and cutlery are missing from the room (we had to buy some to eat our watermelon). There is a nice little restaurant directly downstairs from the rooms. Super good experience, if we come back to Paros we won't hesitate to come back here!

Wonderful studios by the sea, out of the chaos of Paros. Studios on the second floor, apartments on the first, all with sea view, kitchen and air conditioning. There is a restaurant where you eat very well under what. Present coffee machine with Illy pods, phone, TV with Greek channels only. There is no washing machine in the studios. The only "flaws" are a strange smell when you enter the house, coming from the bathroom and having to wait a quarter of an hour for the keys to be brought to you when you arrive. They even cleaned us a couple of times

The location overlooking the seafront is just fabulous and is clearly its best and strongest feature. The apartment is relatively basic, but nice .... about right for the price. However the level of cleanliness was seriously lacking and the bathroom always had a smell of urine. On arrival at Krios Beach we had no idea where the apartment was, there is a distinct lack of signage and having been given no instructions prior to our arrival, we had to ring the owner and await his arrival. The restaurant adjoining the apartments has a beautiful situation overlooking the water. We had one evening meal and one lunch there during our stay, the food was very nice but we found the staff (who we encountered on a daily basis as we had to go through the restaurant to get to our apartment) to be rather surly and not very welcoming. Although the apartment had WiFi, it was problematic and kept dropping out and then saying that the password was incorrect or that access to the WIFi was possible.
