The service in Bhutan is actually quite good, but this Le Méridien is very frustrating. When I arrived, no one helped me with my luggage. I went to the front desk last night to reserve a take away breakfast for this morning, but when I went in the morning, they said it was not available and asked me to wait. I couldn't wait even if I had an early flight. 😅 The service is far worse than other hotels in Bhutan.

Quiet location on the river, but not far from the town. The service from all staff was outstanding and very welcoming . The food was great and went out of their way to accommodate food request. The exec chef, Satyajeet and his staff provided amazing service. We also used BhutanSwallow tours and would highly recommend their services.

Everything was great except for the bed being way too hard. For the second night we asked for some extra duvet covers and blankets which we but under us too soften up the hard bed. It made it a lot better. Location and staff were excellent! Perfect for staying in Paro if you want to be close to the airport.

it was the best experience of my life to stay at le meridian Paro riverfront, a beautifull property with great enviornment , special thanks to mr. Tshewang Dorji for the great hospitality service,i would love to travel again with my family and friends ,i also recommend bhutan one of the preffered destination to enjoy holidays with family and friends

If u r going to just for a brand name then pls just hold on this is not like le meridien like in our India, their hospitality is awesome, but here no way I give them for just 1 star, room is good, but if I talk about food, then oh my God our street vendors are too good while they r called chef their self, I had stay two days there, just once I got good breakfast just only poori bhaji, I m happy if I get just one option but in dinner terrible food. This is my opinion rest u r intelligent. But I never book.

We where lucky to stay for 3 nights at this hotel. We have stayed in many very good hotels before but this one was outstanding! We felt very welcomed and where so perfectly take care off. The staff’s very friendly and always good for a laugh. They are all very attentive and helpful and always there for you specially Mr. Tshewang Dorji from Restaurant he so good and kind Breakfast and dinner where always very delicious and special

The hotel is located at a very beautiful site. The atmosphere around is very clean and peaceful and but cold at morning and evening, there is a river flowing right behind the hotel, the hotel is located at the centre of nature. All staff were very polite and courteous, staff took special care of us. Room very spacious. While checking out early morning we forgot to order packing breakfast at dinner time but at morning around 5:00 am Tshewang Doeji he try is best to packed breakfast for us and Thank you for his efforts. And Thank you for le Meriden paro team 🙏
