The service in Bhutan is actually quite good, but this Le Méridien is very frustrating. When I arrived, no one helped me with my luggage. I went to the front desk last night to reserve a take away breakfast for this morning, but when I went in the morning, they said it was not available and asked me to wait. I couldn't wait even if I had an early flight. 😅 The service is far worse than other hotels in Bhutan.

One of the best hotels around Paro and the location is near the river front ! Great ambience with friendly staff Lovely view from the restaurant serving food ! Lots of choice of foods available from every Asian corner & also European foods The rooms are all big and spacious and every modern with lots of plugs The bathroom is also spacious and has has all the toiletries

What a splendid property that is both beautifully managed and expertly cared for. We stayed for 3 nights during the Paro festival and received lovely introductions from the staff and even the general manager, Amit Talwar, who was quietly present. The food is magnificent, with beautiful, ample buffet items for all meals and custom offerings if one requests (they made me a delicious fresh-squeezed OJ every morning). We will be returning at the end of our Bhutan journey in 8 days, and I can't wait.

Great service at the front desk. Efficient. Food at the restaurant is also very good, especially the Indian food selection and dessert. The Executive Chef, Satyajeet, is also very attentive to guests, making sure that we had a wonderful dining experience.

Our Bhutan trip with Le meridian was excellent, since my husband is titanium member we got complimentary lounge with drinks & snacks Mr Ugyen the bartender in the bar gave us a very good service. I would recommend everyone this place for their comfortable stay

My husband and I are really enjoying our visit. The spa is lovely and the hotel is close to the town and the Tigers Nest. We have an excellent view of the river from our room. Everyone here goes above and beyond. We especially enjoy having cocktails at the bar with Ugyea who has made us wonderful drinks. I am looking forward to celebrating my 60th birthday here tomorrow.

Beautiful view from neat and spacious hotel room. Awesome service staff and the dinner supervised by Chef Satyajeet was amazing. It's a pity I had a small stomach and couldn't take 2 servings of the delicious cuisines. Enjoyed the nann, the fish Tikka, paneer cheese, Chaat, Bhutanese dishesand a lot more. Would definitely stay in this hotel if I visit Bhutan again.
