The service in Bhutan is actually quite good, but this Le Méridien is very frustrating. When I arrived, no one helped me with my luggage. I went to the front desk last night to reserve a take away breakfast for this morning, but when I went in the morning, they said it was not available and asked me to wait. I couldn't wait even if I had an early flight. 😅 The service is far worse than other hotels in Bhutan.

Hotel Le Meridian Paro, Riverfront is everything a nature lover hopes for in a 5 Star Hotel. Nestled at the lush green foothills of the Himalayas along side gently flowing streams, the place is simply a heaven on Earth. It's scenic location transports you to a dreamland of natural beauty, peace and tranquility. We found the rooms very clean and comfortable. The view from our room and terrace was breathtaking. The backdrop of lush green mountains, with bubbling streams close front, won our hearts. Service was great. The staff of the hotel was ever ready to cater to all our needs, with smiling faces. Here I would specially mention a few names like Tika Maya Ghalley, Sangay Ngedup and Chef Satyajit who were always around to take care of the guests. The guide Jimmy and driver Augin provided by the hotel were very co operative, jovial and friendly.

The hotel and the staff under GM Amit was the most comfortable for this mom with a babe. Not only were the infant meals perfectly made to order and requirement, they were also delicious. Further the staff was patient friendly and proactive in ensuring that the infant was watched over when she wandered around. The river access was easy and beautiful. The spirit of hospitality was taken to a whole new level making the stay a relaxing and comfortable one. The care taken earns more than the five star rating! Thank you. Kanica

Very nice experience specially with Ugyen - amazing bartender and server!!! Great person, very interactive and very good service by him!!! Entire family had a great experience with him!! He is very friendly and very hard working and always running around to give a great experience to guests!

Habitacion,situacion,spa y su piscina, todo excelente. Sobre todo la atencion que recibimos de su Chef , Satyajeet Mondal , que fue extraordinaria!!!! Sus buffets muy buenos y muy cuidados , siempre pendiente no solo dela comida si no tambien del servicio que tambien nos mimo muchisimo!!! Muchisi.as gracias a todos y, espero hasta una proxima!!!

We had been to Bhutan, and had stayed in Le meridian River front the hospitality was out of the world, not to mention the executive chef, Satyajeet ji, & the General manager Mr Amit Tiwari ji, the whole team was absolutely brilliant must visit & stayed hotel in Paro Bhutan , very strongly recommend to my fellow travelers.

Today I and my wife were fasting because of ekadashi. Did not expect such warmth and a willingness of the chef - satyajeet to make for us a superb falhari dinner. What was wonderful was for him to understand the nos and yes that are allowed in our fasting. We had gone to tiger nest this morning and after a full day of trekking an ideal longing was for a perfect dinner. Thank you so much chef. Also the service team are so warm and willing to do the best. We left early this morning and effort due to our fast was taken to get us banana milk shake.

The best hospitality I have ever experienced. Everything was up to the mark.The hotel,the staff, the food, the ambience. The overall experience warrants a second visit. The rooms were spacious and clean with all modern facilities. Absolute value for money. The service and staff were excellent, professional humble and hospitable. A must try for any and all visitors to the beautiful country. 5 ON 5 ⭐ Wish all the hotel staff members the best and hats off to make our stay memorable.
