Of all the hotels ive stayed in, Kaachi hotel is on the top of my list. Its the staff who make this hotel truly special. For 3 weeks this was my bhutanese home. It is everything advertised and more being located in the centre of Paro with open views of the city. But it is the welcoming staff that i will remember most. See you all again, hopefully soon.

La città di Paro non è grandissima e l'albergo si trova proprio nel centro cittadino. Le camere sono molto grandi, comode e la qualità del sonno è ottima. Personale molto attento e premuroso. Colazione abbondante, varia e di buona qualità.

The rooms in this hotel are very nice but the service overall is just so so. There is often no one at the front desk to help with things. The food was average and for some reason they wanted to charge us for a coffee in the morning if we didn’t drink instant coffee. This seemed rather absurd. Overall it is an ok hotel but there are likely better options in Paro.

This is the newest Hotel in Paro and is wonderful. Super clean, artsy, all of the personnel went over and beyond to help us enjoy our stay. We were there for a business forum and afterwards our Hotel Guide showed us some fabulous sites around the country with super in depth knowledge. Bhutan is BEAUTIFUL. They had traditional dancing the last day of our visit in their recently built hotel courtyard. It is downtown Paro, so walking around the town was immediately accessible. Recommend at the highest star level. We will definitely stay again ! ! ! and again ! !! !

LED lights burst into flames 10 minutes after we entered the room. Had a small fire then smoke. Breaker stopped power to prevent anything more serious. Took them almost 8 minutes to respond, not bad. Dinner was not good since they won’t allow us to change to Ala carte from buffet. And they called our guide to confirm if we had no dietary restrictions. But they were not flexible. Breakfast was bad. Only thing good was the room was big. Internet connection was relatively smooth. Service was slow. Lady at the restaurant couldn’t even provide us a the price for a hot and sour soup considering we were planning on paying for dinner which was supposed to be paid for with the agent. Had to walk out after they could not provide a pricing after 10 minutes. 2 stars only. Could have been worse.

The rooms are spacious and clean . The hotel is new therefore looks good . Located in the bazaar , so no view . Food is good enough just for breakfast. Don’t make a mistake of taking a MAP plan as their kitchen is not geared for meals other than 3/4 dishes. Most of the dishes on the menu when asked for , the standard reply is ingredients not available. Instead enjoy your dinner and drinks at some local joint.

I have checked in today and I give zero marks for indifferent attitude of senior most person at reception for indifferent and non cooperative attitude towards the guests. The vegetarian menu is very small and we have limited choices. We had better food options at thimpu and punacca

Although hotel is good but the staff is not co-operative. Indian ood is not up to the standard. Vanilla Ice cream was lousy and old stale. None of us are it and showed to staff and on top of that staff wanted us to pay and sign the bill. Just because we wanted packed breakfast in theorn8ng to go on trek, they refused to serve us tea and asked us to pay for it and we had to pay.

The hotel is in the heart of the city and that's about all that's going for it. Though it's a hill station, it's not always very cool and you just can't claim to be a 4 star with no air-conditioning in the rooms! When you are out all day, you need AC as an option if u need it and you need it. Just a fan in the room doesn't help. The staff is courteous but need training. The restaurant leaves a lot to be desired and is not trained or equipped to deal with a full house
