Ottima posizione per chi si sposta in macchina, molto caratteristico il parcheggio davanti alla porta della stanza in stile motel americano. La camera non era nulla di speciale ma andava bene per il prezzo pagato.

Ci sono andato qualche volta con la fidanzata ed ho sempre avuto un ottimo trattamento. Se ci si ferma meno di 3 ore si paga un po' meno. Frigobar disponibile, tv e climatizzatore. Prezzo all'altezza delle aspettative, personale gentile e disponibile anche per farci arrivare due pizze in camera poi un caffè, servizio eccellente e riservato. Ci sono tornato più volte e tornerò ancora.

Ottima soluzione per chi cerca massima libertà e privacy. Le camere hanno ingresso totalmente indipendente direttamente dal parcheggio, posto auto proprio davanti al proprio alloggio. Ingresso alla struttura sorvegliato e chiuso da portone automatico e sbarra, nei pressi della quale si trova la reception. Camera ampia e molto funzionale, pulita e comoda con molto spazio per indumenti e bagagli. Aria condizionata e frigo bar, tv. Bagno ampio e molto pulito. Nel kit di cortesia si trovano anche le ciabattine e dentifricio e spazzolino. Location tranquilla e molto silenziosa. Unica pecca, la mancanza di colazione, suggerirei ai titolari di iniziare ad offrirla.

Buona soluzione di pernottamento per chi arriva a Parma in macchina. Camera ampia e funzionale, letto comodo e comodi cuscini in memory foam, bagno carino con doccia ampia. In generale tutto molto pulito, nuovo e ben tenuto. Ogni camera ha un ingresso indipendente, zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa (il traffico, se c'è, non si sente). Carina la soluzione di parcheggio di fronte alla camera.

Tipologia di motel americano, comodo ai servizi e situato in zona comoda in entrambe le direzioni. Letti e camere normali. Bagno carino, un pò caro per essere un motel sulla tangenziale Prezzi da alberghi 4 stelle. Più le tasse da pagare dopo.
