Absolutely loved this place, unforgettable experience. We got the suit with sun terrace and wow.. Room was just amazing, the view, the space, the decoration, absolutely worth it, we went in Feb so weather was foggy but the views were still breathtaking, food was delicious and drinks too.. And the staff.... Tom made the experience amazing, it was truly remarkable and we would recommend it to anyone who goes to halong Bay. This is not ur party boat if that's what u are after, if u go with a group of friends then its fine but for a couple looking for party. Its not the case. Its a chilled luxurious vibe. They even got my girlfriend a birthday present.. And when we got back to our hotel in Hanoi they called us to the lobby to get a souvenir from the stellar company, a beautiful set of plates to thank us for our photos we posted on social media (we did it cause it was so amazing) A+++ experience

The executive balcony room was impeccable—spacious and modern, with even better water pressure in the bathroom than most Vietnamese hotels. Despite the cloudy weather, it was still very enjoyable. The lunch buffet was excellent, and dinner featured two main courses; the lobster and steak were both good. The table magic show at dinner was fantastic. Areas for improvement: 1. Breakfast was too simple. 2. The dining options were too international, lacking Vietnamese flavor. 3. The minibar only offered two beers and two Cokes, which were charged separately. Considering the room rate of 4000 RMB, I think it would be more generous to provide complimentary drinks.

Excellent location to stay overnight waiting for a ferry to Katba. The number is tired, everything is very simple, but it can be survived, the main minus is bed linen with spots and no sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-s

The dining experience aboard the cruise was nothing short of spectacular. Each meal, whether it was a gourmet dinner or a casual buffet, was delicious and beautifully presented. The variety of food offered something for everyone, and each dish was prepared to perfection. The staff on the cruise were equally impressive. They were not only attentive and friendly but also went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our journey was memorable. Their exceptional service truly enhanced our cruising experience. Overall, this cruise is highly recommended for its outstanding dining options and superb staff. It's an experience not to be missed!

Superb experience from check-in to check-out. Outstanding service by Bryan and team onboard - they were attentive, helpful and fun! Food onboard was great with good buffet spread and delicious 6-course dinner! On the boat, room is tastefully decorated (enjoyed the balcony and bath tub!) and there is much space to chill and hangout. Excellent itinerary providing excellent view of and immersion in Halong Bay. Timing of activities was good and not that crowded making them enjoyable and unhurried.

On the positive side, it's worth noting that the cruise ship itself is in good physical condition, the facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the staff is very friendly; guests are also free to move around wherever they wish throughout. However, the food was a letdown. The portions were far from generous – in fact, quite meager considering the number of passengers on board. The quality was also very average. As is often the case on cruises, the price of beverages was exorbitant, especially when factoring in the country's usual price levels. Regarding the itinerary and activities, we weren't very impressed. The ship barely moved, spending almost its entire time docked in the same area, and the activities offered were quite underwhelming.

We had a memorable and exceptional stay at Paradise Elegance. From reservation, transport service, check-in process was seamless. Lunch buffet and Dinner was perfect, Vegan-vegetarian option is also available. We are are traveling for a wedding anniversary & birthday celebration, and we appreciated the efforts of Paradise Elegance in accomodating our special requests during our stay. Filipino staffs impecabble hospitality made us feel right at home. Overall, the combination of delicious food, excellent service and warm ambiance made our stay at Paradise Elegance unforgettable.

We were changed ships and went to the Amanda Luxury Cruise which was great. We had a superb suite which we loved, the food is incredible, the program is fast but on all cruises. We were able to go kayaking in the bay, before the aperitif a cooking class. Taichi early in the morning and really I insist the food was great. The staff was extremely kind and caring. Thank you to the Amanda Luxury Cruise.

Drinks are not included in the meal and are sold separately. Drinks are too expensive. Even the basic drinks are 5 to 6 times more expensive than the price sold in the store. The head waiter seemed to be the type of person who makes people feel very uncomfortable. He would constantly come and ask if I wanted to buy a drink. If I didn't order a drink, he would look at me very unpleasantly. Then when I entered my room, there was a huge cockroach in the bathroom. So I called one of the employees to get that and he managed smoothly. I ordered 2 cocktails for dinner, but they were the worst cocktails I had in Vietnam. And all the foods are decent. The activities were fun, including boating, kayaking, and caving. The guide was very friendly and fun. He took pictures of everyone and gave everyone a photo at the end of the tour.

We booked a two night cruise and loved everything about it. The boat is like new and spotless. The staff and crew were polite and professional and the food was outstanding. The service staff for our meals went the extra mile with a smile. We had a room with a balcony, well appointed, clean and comfortable. We honestly wouldn’t change anything about the cruise except we would like to stay longer next time.
