Our flight was cancelled getting us to NC. When we called the front desk in Jacksonville the staff was helpful and wonderful. They held our room and let us know that there would be a person at the desk so check in, at any hour would be no problem. The staff at your Jacksonville location is wonderful. Facilities are fine.

Guest UserI enjoyed it a lot! Me and my husband went with our baby and it was very clean, friendly and welcoming staff. The only complaints I would have to say is as for breakfast I wish there was healthier options.

The location is perfect for business outside of camp Lejune. The hotel is to get to and, quiet after 9:30 at night. However, the bathroom was not clean, and the tub had a number of stains in it. Outside of what I found, are easy things to correct.
