Audrey was a young girl who cleaned our room. She was a delight, very professional, and very sweet. Added to the wonderful experience.

I have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions, and the staff is excellent. The room selection is nice, and has met my needs, and I've always had good service at the bistro as well. I would especially like to give a shout out to Matthew Olivo at the front desk, who provided excellent service during my most recent visit. He was kind, courteous, and thoughtful, which really goes a long way after a long travel day. Thank you!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, I knew I was in good hands. The gentleman that checked me in was great! My room was cleaned and the bed was comfy! After I checked out I got a call stating I left garments behind (wrong room), but I was shocked I got a call! I have never had a hotel offer to ship ANYTHING! That was above a las beyond. The clothing wasn’t mine, however I was still very impressed by the effort to return the items. I will definitely stay again!

My stay at this location was extremely disappointing and, at times, felt disrespectful. I only get to see my children twice a year, so this trip was very important to me. Unfortunately, even my kids noticed the lack of cleanliness, asking, “Do they not clean rooms here?”—which was frustrating, especially after I had requested room service multiple times without results. To make matters worse, there were renovations happening in my room during my stay, which was both disruptive and unacceptable. The pool was also unusably cold, adding to the negative experience. Dining was another letdown—the food took an excessive amount of time to prepare and was overpriced for the quality. Additionally, the lack of even basic complimentary coffee in the mornings felt like a missed standard for any hotel. Overall, this stay fell far below expectations, particularly for something that was meant to be meaningful time with my children.

I will say that this room was 500% better than the one that we had the previous night at a motel, and, at $200 for this room, it was actually less money! The amenities in the lobby were actually very good, and we enjoyed being able to still get some coffee late in the evening. Our room definitely showed signs of poor maintenance and up-keep, as there was peeling wall-paper, broken fixtures, missing light bulbs, and some nastiness where the cleaning staff just can't seem to get the mop and vacuum. Other than those things, the beds were nice, the shower was hot, the room was generally clean enough, and we had to be on the road early the next morning, however, we did stop at the breakfast that was offered, and it was very good. I don't know if I would stay here again, as it looks like there are a lot of other options in town to try. One last note, for those leaving reviews - be honest! You're not doing anyone any favors by posting a 5-star review when it isn't warranted. I saw 5-star reviews for the 1-star motel that I stayed at last night, and I'm just baffled by people's b.s. reviews.

The sad were amazing. *******, whom i booked through had outdated photos. I booked a room that happened to be renovated. Very nice but more what i had ordered. Staff went out of their way to get me what i needed. I'd stay again anytime. They don't have much of a fridge and no microwave. Laundry worked reasonably. Dryer took longer than at home.

Staff at front desk and bar were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and WiFi acceptable Room air/heat was very loud and pulsating. Loud enough to wake me. Found door to adjoining room was unlocked...glad I checked. Disappointed only platinum members get bottled water. Had to go out and get my own.
