Great hotel, perfect service, a beautiful hotel in the wonderful city of Eskisehir

The hotel has new and very clean rooms. Towels are packaged, rooms are quiet and quite spacious. The reception is friendly and has a team that tries to meet all your requests. The only disadvantage may be its location, but Eskişehir is a small settlement and this is not a problem. I will choose it again for my next stay.

staff are very helpful and friendly. There is a good size lift in the hotel if you need it. Over all, we are satisfied with our stay. The breakfast is not buffet style but perfect for us. I enjoy the hot towels from the heated shelves too.

The most prosperous street in the city, the hotel is the river that crosses the city. The scenery is good and the breakfast is pretty good, because the local food is just the same, and the level is similar. There are many places to eat when you go out. There are many small bars on both sides of the river. You can have tea and chat, the disadvantage of the hotel is that the room is relatively small, and everything else is fine

Too much stuff in the room makes it difficult to even walk around. Loud outside also due to music from a nearby bar. Even with ear plugs still loud. Towels had stains and shower head was broken. Shower leaked also.

I was assigned a room for the first time and I couldn't air condition. I was so embarrassed that I replaced it with another room. I didn't have a triple, so I used two rooms for two people and one person. There is no room photo It's a little different from the picture. It's very bad. There is .

The hotel is well placed in the city and the staff helped us find some restaurants because we arrived midnight. Clean and neat and great price for the buck!

Apart from the location, the rest is very sad. More details: broken kettle, blanket with holes, towel with holes (holes of 5-8 cm), mattress on double bed is smaller than the base of the bed by about 15 cm, on single bed on the contrary the mattress is larger than the base, shower in hair and spiders, hot water is barely warm, the soap container in the shower is empty, there are only 3 towels for 4 people including foot towels, in the room from dishes 2 glasses and that's it, toilet is cracked, button is broken. In the room there were 2 glasses with water and 2 tea leaves waiting for us. We did not want to wash in such a bathroom at all. Honestly, we did not expect this. We are not picky, but this was too much. And also. There is no parking, only where you can find a place on the street, but not next to the hotel.

Hotel location is in walking distance to canal or shopping streets. Room is quite spacious for 4 adults but shower room maybe a bit small. Reception is friendly & able to speak English. Police station just at the main road, the hotel is next to a barber shop. The road in front of hotel is closed but still can park for loading luggage. This area most of the streets are one way, when you missed have to go another round. Street parking may take you some time or you can park at the car park building.

You can take a tram from Eskishehir Otogar and walk to Odunpazar, Gondola rides and downtown. It was a hotel that felt well maintained and was satisfied with the price range.
