The hotel is very clean and luxurious. There are many food and drink options, most of which were good. Sometimes the fries at the beach snack weren't as good as expected. The beach is beautiful, the poolside is very eye-catching and the pool water was warmer than it should be.

I like the hotel, it was my second time on holiday with my children. The service is up to par. The food is delicious. There are no slides in the pool for children, although they used to be there. But there is unlimited access to the amusement park. It's a pity that it was possible to book a room through the app only for three adults and I had to pay extra for the children on site. Overall, the holiday was a success, thanks to the staff!

We were there in January. Of course, we didn’t expect to see all the delights of the hotel territory, but we note that the heated pool was working and waiters served. It was a shame that despite the good sunny weather there were no outdoor activities for the children, everything was done indoors. I can’t say anything bad about this part (children’s animation), but there’s not much good either (saturation is sp****, empty time is filled with watching cartoons or the console, animators often sit on the phone and, in short, everything was somehow relaxed). We went to Land of Legends, it was cool, but there are few attractions for children under 130cm tall.
There are no questions about the food, everything is delicious, sometimes some products disappeared from the shelves and did not appear for a long time. The water park is under renovation, we don’t know what or how it will work in the summer.
The service staff is good, everyone is kind and helpful.

Superb hotel. Friendly staff looking after your every need. Room cleaned and restocked daily. Large rooms with everything you need taken care of. Lots of bars and restaurants. Superb selection of food and drinks. Great pool area and beach right outside hotel. Absolutely terrific experience and I would highly recommend.

GGuest UserThe actual hotel is different from the photos. There is no large lawn, just a large villa with a yard. If it weren't for the close distance to the event, I would not choose to stay here. The service is OK, and the auntie who makes breakfast is very enthusiastic.

GGuest UserWe have long wanted to visit this hotel. We lived in club room 3924 (bungalow), the room is spacious, next to the main restaurant and reception. A nice bonus is wine with fruit in the room upon arrival. The territory is large, green, the beach is wide, long, there is enough space for everyone, the entrance is gentle, sand. We were at the end of October, no one was swimming in the pools, they are not heated. The water in the sea was 25 degrees. There are many locations where you can sit and spend time. And there is a disco bar. And in the bar on the beach in the evening there was live music and dancing. The dining room is huge. The food is like everywhere else, I did not see any delights, beef, turkey, chicken, lots of vegetables, seasonal fruits: apples, plums, melon, pomegranate. Ayran, freshly squeezed juice in the morning for breakfast. We were not hungry, but something was missing. There are sweets, but they were not impressive. As for alcohol, delicious Tuborg beer, there is also Baileys and Absolut, Aperol Spritz. The quality is normal, they pour generously. In some places the hotel needs updating. The cleaning is mediocre, they did not supply towels, they cleaned almost in the evening! I had to go to the reception for slippers, they promised to bring them, they never did. The staff is mostly friendly. Of course, maybe it's the end of the season, but I did not see any animators at all, no activities either!? The contingent is varied, a lot of local people, they come for the weekend. I liked the vacation, but I can't say that I didn't want to leave and will come back again.

If you come to the pool bar you can wait forever for the service - no one will attend, they will turn around from you while walking past you. I don’t know why is it called “high class all inclusive “… as there were no fresh juice, Red Bull casted 3 eur, they did virgin mojito cocktail with mint leaves already brown color. Animation is average during the day, better in the evening. Not enough Sun beds - you need to hunt for it. Towels close at 6 pm when a lot of kids are still in the pool and need a towel; and no lifeguard.
Territory with the swimming pool is beautiful.
