AARJAREEWe go with big family ba car so decide to stay not quite bit hotel but convinance not so far from attraction place and place to eat for local food, room was so clean and very new and at the reciption counter very friendly. I book 4 rooms for this trip and will come back again for next trip very nice hotel.

NNuutthiitaa PhoonsaangaaThe hotel is beautiful, the service is excellent, it's clean and new, has a swimming pool and a rooftop cafe, perfect for relaxation or a vacation for families or couples. The opposite side is Laos, with the Mekong River separating Thailand and Laos, visible through the hotel as a beautiful video view with mountains.

Can walk to travel Take a walk along the Mekong River Or easy to find something to eat around the walking street Suitable for people who want to relax and travel in the city without having to use much car.
Convenient transportation to the accommodation And there is enough parking space compared to the number of rooms. Makes those traveling by private car do not have to worry about parking too much.
However, the building of the accommodation does not have an elevator. If you have to stay in the upper floors, it may not be convenient for the elderly. Those who have problems with walking up and down the stairs, or those with a lot of luggage.
Overall, it is considered a place to stay worth the price paid, good location, suitable for short stays. Or for tourists who want to stay near major attractions of Nakhon Phanom

GGuest UserNo-frills family hotel located about 10 minutes walk from Nakhon Phanom's famous Naga monument. The rooms are basic but are fairly large and not uncomfortable. Both the free WiFi and air conditioning worked well, as did our shower which produced plenty of hot water on a chilly December morning. The private car park is a welcome find. Suggested improvements are the ”covers” on the bed which consist of a thin blanket sandwiched between two sheets. Maybe the hotel owner might consider investing in lightweight synthetic duvets (quilts) which could save a lot of laundry, drying and ironing time.. Although the hotel has a large dining area, we were told that no meals are served although we were welcome to make ourselves a cup of tea or coffee. When we stayed, the hotel was nearly full and we felt that the owner was giving away a lot of food business to local restaurants and other eating places. Would we stay again at the SP Residence? Yes we would. The hotel does provide excellent value for money.

PpnpeachhThe room has cobwebs in the corners of the room. The toilet bowl has yellow stains that probably can't be washed off. And unfortunately, there is no water heater. The staff informed us that the rooms on the second floor of the resort do not have water heaters. This is the nightmare that we visited in December.

GGuest UserThe room is spacious, the view is good, the atmosphere is good, the room is clean. I like the breakfast, there is chili paste, sticky rice, boiled vegetables to choose from. It was my first time in Nakhon Phanom and I was very impressed.
