A very perfect resort, the hotel is in an excellent location, I like the villa design and decoration style, the important thing is to pay attention to details and quality, of course, environmental protection considerations; the staff is very friendly, and introduces the hotel facilities to guests when checking in. The beach is also perfect, and I want to rest and enjoy the beach and sunshine every day; the holiday home has its own dedicated swimming pool, and the bedroom and bathroom are designed and decorated to make the guests comfortable; the SPA service provided by the hotel is more expensive, but it is also enjoyable. There is a desire to sleep in the soothing music, and the technicians have high professional skills; the breakfast is very good. It happened to encounter a free kayaking activity. Since it was the first time to experience this sport, I started to adapt a little, but I soon became proficient. The staff led in front and was very responsible. The experience of this process was very good; the breakfast dining environment was comfortable, and you could also enjoy the beach view while eating breakfast; after checking out, the hotel car and service staff sent you to the pier of the island. My friends stayed at the Shanta’s which is really nice. I spent the days at their hotel because the landscape and layout was far superior. Also the Shanta rooms overlook the water whereas paradise is like a travel lodge motel. I understand the Shantaa is more expensive but the paradise was designed not to look very nice. There is much landscaping and a very sterile environment. The rooms and facility need updating. The breakfast is very low quality even the bread and juices. The main courses were maybe a 2 to 3 out of 5. The service was fine in the lobby and housekeeping was ample. They did not replace my coffee and the shower gel was broken and I left it by the sink thinking they would repair it but they did not. If you want to be near the beach and do not mind staying in average rooms with no view, this is the place. I was unable to find another reasonable priced hotel with good ratings on trip. The trip rating system is flawed since my service was fine and they do have amenities.

The wCham’s house is a wonderful place , very well located on great beach … But … the staff doesn’t speak very well English ( apart from the responsable persons in every service) . But gettinginformation at the reception is very difficult and getting g the right info at the restaurant ( apart from the menu) is also not possible. The management should really invest in English courses for their staff , as well as invest in the maintenance ( very , very poor) . It looks like that after the pandemic, the owners of Cham’s house want to earn a maximum of money , without investing.. it’s a pity that this wonderful place is loosing it’s glamour ..

Beautiful place, very beautiful beach, can swim, newly opened accommodation, many management still need to be improved, such as the amount of breakfast, drinks during long holidays are not enough for guests, the hotel tries to manage the situation well, but customers have to wait a bit. If you focus on a survival atmosphere, it is okay. Cleanliness is okay, bathroom, shower room should have shoes for customers to change into. The tent is cleaned every day and you can ask for new towels every day.

Every time I come to Koh Kood, I stay at only the Captain Hook resorts. This time I brought my elders with me. I couldn't book in time, so there was only Captain Hook, a pool suit room left. I usually come on weekdays, but this time I came during the New Year period. The weather was great, the sea was clear, and diving around the resort was the end. There were a lot of fish, medium, and large. The accommodation is suitable for those who like peace and quiet. There is no beach in front of the resort, but you have to kayak across, less than 50 meters.

Let's start with the pros: the hotel is new, everything is done well, the rooms are modestly furnished, but have a minimum of everything. The location is good, the beach is nearby, literally a 3-5 minute walk depending on the pace. The mattress and pillows are good, there is hot (through a water heater) and cold water. There is Internet, but the speed is not fantastic. The staff is smiling, kind, they understand almost no English. Towels from the room can be used as beach towels and returned every day in exchange for new ones. The territory is small, there are no sun loungers. You can rent a bike for 300 baht, like taking the keys, then throwing them on the table and goodbye, no one inspects bikes. The bike is Honda click 125, in good condition, they don't care if you have a license, that's your problem, they give you a helmet, but everyone on the island rides without one, although there is plenty to kill yourself in, a lot of steep hills and a road made of concrete slabs, in places with good cracks for the wheel to lead. Now the downsides: mosquitoes, there are a lot of them, small, it seems that they are not there, but they are. Buy repellents, especially for the socket at night. Breakfast is complete trash, 3 courses and that's it, the same thing day after day, you can live for 2-3 days, then you get bored. The BIGGEST downside of this hotel is the audibility, you will hear EVERYTHING, the farts and snoring of neighbors, everything that happens on the street, since the glass there is single, it is not even a double-glazed window. One concrete slab, if someone drops something far away on the tile in the room, you will know about it. Noisy refrigerator. The restaurant, which is this hotel, does not give discounts for residents, the food is bad, there are always a lot of people there, drinking beer and eating, there are even queues, I gave it 2 chances, but this is really bad, even when compared with neighboring establishments. If you want fish, eat in the fishing village, it is 15 minutes by bike, no need in this restaurant. There are palm trees along the path to the beach, it's cool, but the staff doesn't cut coconuts from them, you're walking through a minefield, you play roulette every day, for some reason they cut them on the territory of large hotels, here no one cares. There is no kettle in the room and the room itself is tiny, you can't even open your suitcases. If you're traveling alone, then it's fine, if you're traveling as a couple and with suitcases and for more than 3 days, you don't need to come here.

Stayed for 4 days. The room was very clean. I really liked its courtyard and the platform in front of the room. It was very relaxing to sit and do nothing to watch the sea and feel the sea breeze. The room was well maintained and the facilities felt very new. The hotel is located at a higher position, and the view of the sea and the sunset is beautiful. The hotel faces the sea and walks 100 meters to the left across the pier to the beach. The sand is very clean and the sea water is clear. It is quite convenient to go to the beach. Breakfast is ordered, juice, fruit sandwiches... It is really delicious. Sometimes we also have dinner in the restaurant. The taste is very good 👍 The service is professional and thoughtful. By the way, there are several cats in the hotel. They are very friendly. They will rub you casually and accompany you to watch the sunset... In short, I like the sand tower very much and it is a very satisfactory stay.

Everything was amazing! Absolutely no complaints! The staffs were very attentive and very helpful. The food and the drinks were nice. The hotel had many cute spots and lovely infrastructure! Hideout Koh Kood Hotel is indeed a very Instagramable hotel

There aren't many options on the island to accommodate a large family in one place, and this house was a great choice for us. The villa accommodated our entire large family, and although the bungalows are quite simply equipped, the area around is simply stunning - green, well-kept and cozy. The hotel is located on one of the best beaches on the island, next to which there is all the necessary infrastructure. A great place for those who are looking for accommodation for a large group and do not require too many sophisticated amenities, but appreciate nature and location!
