GGuest UserОтличный отель в сосновом лесу, где можно погулять и подышать сосновым воздухом, но в то же время не далеко от центра, можно дойти пешком до остановки или доехать на такси до центра буквально за 10 минут!останавливаемся в нем каждый раз, когда посещаем Кострому, а это примерно уже лет 8 ежегодно!Отелю уже много лет, но приятно что поддерживают его в отличном состоянии! Для нас очень важно что можно проживать с собачкой и цену за проживание животного не берут! Приличные завтраки! Соотношение цены качества на 5 баллов!
P.S Пожалуйста обратите внимание на матрасы в тех номерах, в которые теперь селят с животными, пора менять матрас! Пружинки впиваются!
Не буду за это снижать оценку, буду надеяться, что матрасы потихоньку поменяют, так как кроме матраса в отеле все устраивает!

IIrina DzerzinaМы отдыхали в отеле с друзьями одну ночь. Было забронировано 2 стандартных номера. Один на 2м этаже (207) и на 3м этаже (309).
По категории и цене номера одинаковые. Но в номере 309 в ванной комнате традиционная небольшая ванна, а вот в 207 номере - душевой поддон и занавеска, не достающая до пола. Надо ли говорить, что после принятия душа весь пол был залит водой? Давно я такого не видела..
Вот только за это снижаю оценку. Все остальное - хорошо.

Rest with two pairs, both rooms are large, the room has everything you need (bathrooms,washerbags,brush+pasta,shampoo set,heles, shampoo, hats), teapot, tea+sugar, mini-bar, TV. Everything is clean and careful.
Restaurant is a separate respect: breakfast is abundant Swedish table (cashi, omlet, bakery, potatoes with sausages, vegetables, fruits) , lunch - delicious and prices are very humane.
SPA booked: Russian and Turkish pairs, a pool with hydromassage, a good recreation area. Service from the restaurant - tea, juice and TP.
The only thing - for the location reduced, but this is my opinion
If we are still in Kostroma - necessarily in Shelestoff.Recommend

GGuest UserThe room is OK, the environment is not bad, but when I checked out, I opened the minibar and took the potato chips. Things that didn’t exist made me pay for the potato chips. If you don’t have to argue with the car, the hotel service staff can blame the guests for the inspection. It’s also very speechless.

MMaiiaВсе хорошо, но мы были туристами. Помощи при ситуации с машиной (не заводилась), не оказали. Пришлось самим искать местных. Кофе платный. Не критично конечно, но мне кажется должно было быть бесплатно кофе и чай.
