Hotels with Parking in Kazan

Of course, you don't expect miracles from a hostel, but Akspay was a great experience for us! The common areas are clean, there are no lines for the showers, and the staff is friendly. The location is fantastic – right in the center. The room has a refrigerator and air conditioning, and it's cozy. The mattresses are very comfortable! With my bad back, that's a huge plus. The only downsides are that the sound in the room is quite loud and the hotel is located on the 3rd floor. But those are minor details. We'll definitely be back!

The front desk service is warm, even if our language is not good, but very warm, the room is clean, big, and the bathroom has hot tube clothes to dry, the location is good to the attractions, the pedestrian street is just walking, praise

The hotel is centrally located on a pedestrian street. The location is very good, we liked it. The guy at the reception helped us with our suitcases, carried them up to the 2nd floor, and was always responsive and quick to answer our questions – great job! Trip.com, however, was disappointing; they didn't answer questions about payment. My card was charged 14,641.64 for 2 nights, but the voucher showed 13,770₽. I booked two rooms. We never received a response. It's a shame that Trip.com doesn't provide feedback.

Overall the hotel liked! Modern, clean, breakfast is excellent, location is convenient. There was not enough in the chest room, but the restaurant immediately came to help. While we were resting, the weather was without rain, otherwise it would not be very wet to hang in the closet. It would be nice to provide an open, ground hanging in the room. Very pleased with a surprise from the hotel on husband's birthday! Thank you for your rest!

I don't know why the food in the restaurant is positioned as a buffet... almost no choice! There is an empty plate where the cheese should be placed! The dried fruit has been petrified! ! ! They had a date and almost broke their teeth, like a stone! ! ! It's disgusting! ! ! Speaking of the date, the waiter smiled and brought the dates better, but they were not the first fresh! ! ! You can't call it a buffet! ! ! There are fried potatoes for breakfast, maybe just left over from dinner...

Our train from Nizhny Novgorod arrived at 11 o'clock. It was very convenient that we arrived calmly and checked in at 12 o'clock. We were checked in very quickly at the reception. A foreigner and administrators were leaving in English and after us stood a Chinese man who did not speak Russian. Apparently he is in demand. The location is convenient, not far from the center, taxis arrive quickly. I liked the spacious lobby at the reception. In the morning it was convenient to eat in the restaurant, breakfast was included in the price. They fed us at 7 in the morning, we had to leave early. It is clean. There is a cooler with drinking water in the lobby. In the room there is a refrigerator, fan, gel, shampoo, soap, shoe horn, towels. There is one bathroom for two rooms, but we did not have neighbors. The downside is that the mattresses are spring, but we walked around so much at night embankment of Kazan, that we fell asleep right away.. The restaurant is not big, cozy, the variety is modest. The room was on the 9th floor, and the elevator to the 8th floor. Minus - we had to lift a heavy suitcase up a flight of stairs. But I think if we had asked, the hotel would have helped. Well, guys, these are the little things in life, because in the center other hotels have astronomical prices. And here it is much cheaper and breakfast is free! We were satisfied!

Overall,it has delivered an excellent services during my stay. the receptionist and hotel manager both are extremely helpful and they try to accommodate any request. English speaking is not an issue at all.  Well done. 

It feels like a family hotel, the room is small, but it is clean. The breakfast is relatively simple. It is commendable that the lady at the front desk, despite the difficulty in language communication, is not afraid of trouble, the service attitude is very warm, the surrounding is not lively, it is close to the airport, in the morning to catch the plane.

Hotel service is very good, the restaurant has a lot of food, the quiet environment is particularly popular, and the breakfast is very rich. The facilities are complete, clean and tidy. I will order it later.
