Hotels with Parking in Mandaluyong

We had a great stay at this room. The room is big and everything you need is there. They’re very accommodating with my inquiries even before booking. A lot of building amenities like pool, court, pet shop and a  convenience store for a quick shop. Although we were not able to use the pool as it is open only during weekdays for guests. We will definitely book this again.

Floors: old wood smell Lobby: 5/5 (fragrant smell) Cleanliness: 5/5 Amenities: 5/5 Front desk/ Reservations staff: 2/5. Reason: Hindi nila nasunod yung room arrangement na sinabi namin upon check-in since additional 2 rooms were booked. Also, we paid for breakfast for 3 adults thru Trip.com but upon confirming from the reservation staff thru phone call, apparently breakfast is only for 2 adults and 2 kids who were free of charge. We had to pay for another adult instead of paying for the child 7-11 years old. Trip.com confirmed that payment was done for 3 adults. We did not bother complaining since we were expecting that they would make our stay comfortable and less of a hassle.

I booked this hotel mainly because of its proximity to Power Plant Mall, and it definitely delivered — it was just a short 5-minute drive away. The hotel itself was very hospitable, comfortable, clean, and efficient throughout my stay. Although I didn’t get the chance to try out the facilities, the overall experience was pleasant and hassle-free. One thing I really appreciated was the service. On one morning when I couldn’t make it to breakfast, the hotel kindly prepared a takeaway breakfast for me instead, which was a thoughtful touch. The restaurant prices were also quite reasonable considering the convenience. If I return to Manila in the future, this hotel would definitely be one of my top choices. The only downside was that I had seen information stating the rooms came with a smart TV and Netflix access, but upon check-in, both the front desk and technician informed me this was no longer available. I ended up requesting an HDMI cable instead.

The place was nice and had a good view. However, some home essentials were missing, such as a pitcher and drinking water, and the refrigerator had an unpleasant smell. Overall, the stay was okay. Also, if you plan to use the pool, bring some extra cash, as it costs 500 per person.

Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations. The room was not as clean as expected, and some amenities were not functioning properly. While the staff tried to assist, the overall experience could have been better. I hope management takes steps to improve the service.

The service is good and unit ,But there was a time limit in swimming so we couldn't swim.

I've been here few times already, location wise is good. Services good also, our bathroom heater was not working, I went down to the counter and the maintenance came immediately to check on it, but sad to say he was not able to fix it, they have to transfer us to the other room.

When I came to check in on the first day, I waited for 2 hours. I said that on Trip.com, agoda and other online platforms they had cancelled the reservation but I don't know why I can still book it. I'm surprised, the customer has already decided if you don't accept it, why don't you tell me! ! Is this my fault? ! Others are acceptable, to put it bluntly, I have a small kitchenware for it.

Very simple and basic lodging. A fair deal at a central transportation hub and near big malls. The place is clean and the location is near to transportation and malls. They have toiletries available in the room. The problem only is the Wifi connection very slow even it was in the city, I think they are only using a Wi-Fi extender that doesn't even work.
