As a first-time visitor to Taiping, I stayed at Hotel Flemington and found it to be a peaceful and relaxing place. While the location may feel a bit unusual at first – tucked away from the main town area – it actually offers a unique charm once you settle in.
One of the highlights is definitely the serene environment. The hotel is located right in front of the beautiful Taiping Lake Gardens, providing a scenic view and a calm atmosphere throughout the day. If you’re someone who enjoys nature walks, morning jogs, or simply sitting by the lake, this is a fantastic spot.
The surrounding area is quiet, making it ideal for those looking to unwind or escape the busier parts of the city. Despite the slightly odd location at first glance, the peacefulness and proximity to nature more than make up for it.
Overall, Hotel Flemington is a comfortable base for exploring Taiping, especially if you value tranquility and picturesque surroundings.

HHamizaaJust have short trip to Taiping. Room really small. Barely space to walk. Suitable for couple only. For family with kids ithink not suitable. Bed is comfy. The duvet really thin. The downside of the room is the lighting too bad. The light like orangy color. Hard ti to make up with the lighting.

The room was clean, the room service was prompt, and the reception team was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great choice if you’re looking for a hassle-free, ”basics done right” experience.

HHanis AzmanThe place was nice, just that on check out day it was quite noisy outside as there's a shooting 🤣 but other than that, all good. Need to pay for parking ya if going on weekdays, can install the Park@Perak app to pay.
