Everythigs is ok , just the wall was a bit dirty , aircond was cool , bed was clean and ok

For the price, this hotel is quite a good deal. The room is fairly spacious, clean, and well organized. The environment is quiet, which makes it comfortable to rest. However, the pillows are too soft for my preference. There is no hair dryer provided, and the air conditioner can be a bit noisy. Overall, it is still a reasonable option if you are not too particular about these details.

I would like to suggest to hotel cleaning team, please ensure the cleanliness is at tip top condition. You all may started to spray air freshener to keep the environment refreshing. There was no buffet served but only ALA carte during our stay. It's ok and understandable for very small nos.of hotel guests but sadly the food portion is to large for me and friend. We all ladies not eating that much. So ended up a big waste for us. Please f&b team look into this matter and try giving your full heart in preparing the food. Although ALA carte but it was presented low standard (hotel seri malaysia always our favourite and never disappoint us since back to 90's but all are different now🤔) at least they are skill of making the food more pleasant 🙏

A very small room..not suitable for those who travel with big family..the owner is very friendly..maybe in future owner can put coffee or tea and spoon in the room.

Hi, morib gold cost is a place that you should stay, it relax even the place is not lively as before but still can do a lot of activities. If you wanted to go pool need to pay 35 for adult and 25 for child. If you hungry, you can order from any foodie apps or you need to go out eat at restaurant. Staff are friendly.

Nice experience in 7 floor suite. Nice view and panorama. Feeling good in pool. But suite no towel floor to wipe foot. Air-conditioning very well. Some chanel tv not clear. At all experience not bad. Hope can come again.

the room was decent, but a bit old and dirty. corridor no light at night. the pool (self paid, that is fine) but is dirty water.

As you know resort quite old so facilities worned out. During booking we didn’t know it is under private property. I started with cleanliness, on average as in jaccuzi tub still got beach sand and and bed sheet got stained and sand also. But still acceptable. Location as I bring parents who is senior Citizen, is far from lift but understandable the we prefer quiet room. Service I didn’t aware need to whatsapp customer service and take quite sometimes to received reply as we want to check in early. Amenities, no toilteries provided, no extra plastic for trash, then no build in light just a stand light and air cond not cool. Overall all okay if you’re not fussy customer and want to enjoy morib 😘

the price are affordable and the room exceed our expectations, we didnt expect it to have a jacuzzi. the room and bathroom are clean but the bed with the towel has some stain. all basic amenities are functioning well.
